Hot spring Hotels in South Jakarta

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

Love love this hotel, close to Kota Casablanca Mall. I liked the breakfast, variety of foods and delicious. Spacious room and bathroom.

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

Location wise has few distance to SCBD. Food for breakfast is very good. Massage is very good for me. Overall this hotel is recommendable.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. This hotel is located in a nice area in Tebet, South Jakarta. Close to numerous big malls and also Evo Tebet Park. There are 3 Busway stops and 2 LRT stops which makes your travel easier around Jakarta. The staff are friendly, and the room is big and clean. I like that they don't use water bottles anymore and just give you a pitcher to fill in the water anytime you want. I booked the room without breakfast because there are many breakfast places behind the hotel, so I do not have any reviews about their breakfast selection. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I would love to come back here again.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Once, I told you this is not the first time to stay in this hotel. I always choose this hotel because the location close everywhere, and I think for the cleanliness good enough. But Idk why I never get ‘’THE BEST SERVICE” from reception. They are really unfriendly, especially ‘’Erika’’ as I said, this is not my first time staying at this hotel. and I often meet her. but I've never seen her smile. unfortunately when someone stays in a hotel what is expected is a good service, right?? But you didn’t get what you expected here. Let me tell you my bad experience. I stayed in this hotel for 2 night. The first day I checked in, I got room 1501, and the air conditioner was problem, then I Asked reception to move, and I moved to 901. Again, the bed not balanced ”jomplang''. You can check one of the bed from 901 (twin bed). And I moved again to 910. The room was ok But….. u know??? On second day I extended my room, and I asked to move to another room even with same type (twin bed) reception said their are fully booked. But, I checked on travel agent (agoda, booking.com, traveloka) THEY STILL HAVE ROOM. What you think??? They are was lie to me. One of my question is, why you didn’t allowed me to move when I extend? If you said your hotel was fully booked, and high occupancy, you couldn’t give early check in to guest. But when I came to reception to update my key around 12.00, I saw the guest can check in at the time. How come??? Waaiiittt… not only that, When I called to reception (erica) I asked her to clean my room and join my bed due to they didn’t allowed me to move and they said Queen bed was fullbooked. And she said YES. But when I left hotel around 3pm on Saturday, feb 26. I put make up room sign on my door knob, and I see housekeeping In the front of 901 he’s still cleaning that room. Then, I came to reception to payment my room, and extend my key. When I came back to hotel around 23.00, I really feel tired. and I really want to take a rest when I arrived to my room. And TARAAAA…… it’s really suprisingly, they are really SURPRISE ME. MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AND UNTIDY. I asked to reception why they didn’t clean my room? I asked to move and ofcourse she said full. Then she offer me, housekeeping will come to clean my room. And ya, there is no another choice. I said okay, just do it right now. Again again and again, no one comes to my room after 20 minutes I'm going to reception and met with indah but she's just listened what I said, unrespectful, unresponsif. I have to wait 20 minutes for housekeeping come to my room and ofcourse I need to wait him to clean my room. I asked indah to confirmed to me why this case happened? Guess what?? No one confirmed to me. The last, no apologize from reception when I checked out. I really really feel DISAPPOINTED!! All good comments here about their service is not real.

I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
