Apartment is located near by the city CBD however there was no daily cleaning service and the duvet is a little bit dusty. The water is not strong on the washing basin. 

The hotel wasn't clean even the towel had stains

Lovely little room, I was very happy with it and it was a good price.

Great location and easy-to-use instructions to get the access key. However, messaging on the day of arrival is a little tricky when coming from overseas with no data/wifi! Massive bed - but not terribly comfortable with only a small double sheet on top and what looked like two double sheets, one on top of the other on the mattress! The toilet seat was broken - I reported to reception, and they fixed it swiftly. The coffee plunger was also broken - and reported/fixed promptly. However, surely these types of things could be on some sort of checklist for the cleaners so guests don't have to waste their time reporting? It looked like a nice pool - however, I hadn't even realised there was a pool until a friend pointed it out. Nothing in the room information about opening times, and when I went to have a swim, the automated cleaner was in it, which put me off :-(

Extreme Noise & machinery until 10pm on the Sunday. Pretty horrendous! Also noisy early next morning. Road closed directly in front of unit due to building new high rise- next door. Bed moves/ on rollers - annoying! Unit bathroom tub had damage. Could do with renovation. New young managers pleasant enough but price still too high.

It’s great close everything like restaurant walking around the city.

The hotel room is spacious enough, the facilities are complete, and parking is available. The most surprising thing is that there is a filter kettle, which can be used to make tea. The facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioner filter is dirty to the naked eye. The worst thing is to climb stairs. The service is good, and towels will be replaced every day and cleaned once a week. The surrounding environment is very good, opposite is a large lawn, close to South Bank Park, the train station, and the supermarket. Because the floor is low, the noise is relatively loud, there are construction sites around, and people have parties in the garden downstairs on weekend nights and talk loudly.

Very good accommodation experience! The hotel's location is very close to South Bank Park, supermarkets (Woolworths, Harris Farm), shopping malls and other places, within walking distance. Opposite the entrance for hotel staff is Musgrave Park, where you can jog. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cooking equipment, which can satisfy 3 meals of various dishes. The self-service check-in/check-out procedures are simple and fast. It was a pleasure to chat with the reception staff Xiao Chen and Xiao Dian during work!

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities.

The location of the hotel, the facilities are clean, but the bed is not stable, always shaking when sleeping.
