Not much food choice after midnight...only good if ur going for events at the convention centre

I had a severe allergic reaction (hives) and had to go to a local hospital after staying in one of their hotel rooms for a few nights. My hives stopped immediately after i shifted rooms to a different floor. I believe that it could have been dirt or mould from either the aircon or the dirt from the room itself that triggered this. Throughout the whole process, i believe the team at Hotel Santika Mega city has tried their best to accommodate my situation and to help me. I do give them a 5 out of 5 stars for service. But in terms of cleanliness, i would highly recommend that they step up on procedures for better cleaning.

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe

The hotel is located in the mega city mall. Comfy, clean and friendly staffs. The parking is too crowded and if you get vack to the hotel at night. There's only one door still open. So you should walk a little bit far to the lobby..

Strategic location, happened to find one near the toll gate, integrated with the mall so you can walk and eat there at the same time. Unfortunately, there is no direct hotel access to the ground floor, so if the mall is closed you have to go down through the parking lot from the 5th floor. The elevator access to the mall is also out of order so you have to leave the hotel first if you want to go to the mall, it's not comfortable if it rains or drizzles.

New experience of a hotel on the rooftop of the building. The room is clean, the staff is good, the breakfast is varied and delicious. It is very delicious. It is convenient to travel from the airport because it is next to the expressway and near a large shopping mall.
