Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpensa - Photo Gallery

Have tried many other accommodation near Malpensa airport but i must admit Hilton Garden via Somma Lombardy is by far the best experience i had. Their customer service/ reception/ room service is beyond my expectations. Staff were very attentive to guest's request. Room is nicely renovated, amenities in room are well equipped with safe box/electric kettle/ iron board/mini fridge. The hotel adds a nice touch by providing complimentary airport shuttle to and fro for every hotel guests.(Accordingly to their timetable/schedule) There's a small section by the corner of hotel entrance, selling cup noodles, mineral water, candies, chocolates if you need to grab some for yourself . I have had a wonderful great time for two consecutive nights. Reception desk staff by the name of Yleni & Camila has been very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend HILTON GARDEN INN for those needing an accommodation near Malpensa airport. Hilton group really did a great job on this one, truly commendable. Thank you to each and every staff at Hilton Inn Malpensa for your full dedication in providing the best service to your guests. I will recommend it to my family/friends.

stayed only to rest because gonna go to milan airport. There are plenty of parking. The price isnt too high

Everything is fine except the transportation. The breakfast buffet was fantastic great coffee as well.

One of the Worst Hotels of My Trip 1. ❌❌❌ I had a late arrival and an early departure, so I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the advertised airport shuttle service. However, if you expect to be met with a sign in the arrivals area—think again! NO! After a long and exhausting journey, you are expected to run around and search for the shuttle yourself—outside, on the street! And if you don’t find it within 5 minutes, it will leave! There is no prior notification that the shuttle is waiting outside, because, according to the front desk staff, this is “obvious and logical.” In reality, I ended up waiting 1.5 hours for my transfer! Paying €75 for a 12-minute ride was not an option. Paola and her colleague were absolutely terrible—rude, arrogant, and even hung up the phone instead of explaining things properly! Unbelievable. I have never encountered such awful service before. 2. ❌ At the Hilton, don’t expect any help with your luggage to your room. 3. ❌ ❌ There is NO DRINKING WATER in the room! There is no nearby store, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. They will offer you a 250ml aluminum can of water for €2. What a “great” service! 4. ❌ The rooms are old and worn-out. The bathroom had mold and a terrible smell. This place is awful, with disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!

Good hotel near the hotel

Very clean and sanitary. 10 kilometers from the airport. Very convenient. 30 euros for a taxi💶 only 800 yuan, great value! I'll come here next time. The breakfast is also good!

The overall hotel facilities are good. Just ask the hotel staff to arrange a room that is not close to the road and elevator! If I have a chance, I still want to come again! Especially the shuttle bus service is very good! The shuttle bus is usually at Gate 5 on the arrival floor of Terminal T1. Call the hotel staff and it runs once an hour!

Facilities: The facilities are OK, quite new. It is one of the few hotels in Italy with relatively new facilities. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and it is quite clean overall. Environment: The environment is OK, and there is free parking. Service: The service is good, and the front desk is quite professional.

The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport by car. There is a shuttle bus, but you have to check the time. The shuttle bus sign is not obvious. There is a piece of paper on the window of the bus. I missed one. Wait for the bus at Gate 5 after leaving the airport. You can contact the hotel front desk to confirm the pick-up time. The hotel environment is good, the service staff is also enthusiastic, there is a restaurant downstairs, which is a bit expensive, and there is a small supermarket at the front desk that provides snacks, drinks and instant noodles. It is a little far from the town. If you drive by yourself, there are many places to eat.
