The room I reserved only had towels, water, and a hair dryer, no Netflix, no slippers, and no robe. For those staying multiple nights, if you leave the towel you used that day in front of the door, they will hang the towel and water on the doorknob the next day! I couldn't eat breakfast because they said they don't eat in the morning. It was good because it seemed like I used it well and cost-effectively.

I found this very strange for a hotel of this level. The light is turned on inconveniently, on the remote control on the wall - at night, while you get there, you hit the table several times. It would be more logical to move the floor lamp closer to the bed. The reception is, in principle, friendly, they helped figure out where the stop to Seoraksan is. Cleaning was done every day, but sand was lying around the room

Very good location, near the bus terminal and the beach, with many stores close, supermarket and restaurants. The room is an apartment, Big, confortable and has all the facilites..

It's a non-smoking room, but it smells like cigarettes. 4. Facilities: Because it is a residence hotel, there is a lot of storage space. The refrigerator is large. There is a washing machine and induction. The facilities were meaningless because it was a short-term stay, but I think it will be highly useful for long-term stays or family guests.

Although it is an old resort, it is a good location for sightseeing at the entrance to Sokcho and Goseong. The bathroom has been remodeled, but other facilities seem to be in urgent need of remodeling. In particular, the bed where you can feel the spring is a bit harsh; Older resorts around it are remodeling little by little, but it's a pity that Seorak Pine is still the same. Still, I liked the hot spring water, so I used to visit it often in winter before the corona, but it's a pity that I couldn't use the open-air bath due to the corona.

Some of the rooms seem to have been renovated. It was much cleaner and better than the rooms I saw in the review photos. The staff also kindly guided me. However, it seems that it is not managed in many parts of the room, but if you think about the price, it is enough to go beyond. It's convenient to buy things that are insufficient in the convenience store on the first floor, and the underground amenities seem to be only operated in the evening, but there are not many facilities, but it's just worth using. The resort itself is old, so it is generally aging and lacks service, but some rooms are renovated and good for cost performance.

The good part is that the rooms, albeit small, are very well designed, look great, and have new quality fixtures in the living space and bathroom. The not so good part is that there is no sound proofing and insulation leaves to be desired, as there was strong condensation on the inside of the windows. Also, this is not a hotel - rather a furnished residence. So the cleaning quality, even between renters, is not great. There was hair everywhere, including in the towels, when we were there. There is no staff on site, except for one superintendent, so any changes to your booking must be handled through the travel website, where you originally made it. You cannot do anything directly at the front desk, because there is none. Overall, not a bad option, if you are ok with above deficiencies.

There is no customer service staff, but there are only a lot of parking staff. ㅋㅋ I reported that parking is free, but I don't even use valet parking, but I get 5,000 won for parking. But I didn't feel very uncomfortable because I stayed on a weekday without many people. Because it's a new building, the facilities are clean and clean, but Netflix can't use it because it doesn't respond when it presses. It was nice to have a convenience store right on the first floor. I've checked in several times, but the system was strange, so I was a little hesitant, but it was convenient. The location and view were very good.
