The hotel has a wide view, sometimes the breakfast is good, rich, the upper floors can see the city, like the park next to it, very large, suitable for walking, hiking and running, the big room is good

Very good location, huge room, and good breakfast. The only negative thing is the hotel is in critical need of more service personnel for cleaning up the rooms (according to Front Desk) and check-in had to be delayed till 15:00, not a minute earlier.

The hotel is strategically located and very close to the attractions! Hotel service is very good, breakfast is slightly simple!

Location is top of the consideration. Centre located that you can walk to most popular attraction. Metro or tram is very close within steps. Hotel is partly renovated. I believe it will be amazing when finished. Breakfast is not included. 15 Lev per person with small buffet that you can choose most popular items, ie, eggs, ham, sausages, breads or cereals. But they are not very hot on the warmers. However, I would still recommend people to go there for sleep and shower. Room was big enough and balcony overlook the city. Price is very good compare to same standard 3 stars hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English that is convenient. Good luck!

Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities the hotel has provided. I originally got a supreme double room, but due to some issues with my original room, I was upgraded to a suite. (Note: I was not yet checked in at the hotel when my room got changed.) The room was pretty clean, there were some finishing parts that need an upgrade and the shower definitely needs a curtain because water was splashing everywhere and only a glass at one sode didn’t do much, but overall the suite was pretty nice. My favorite part was the TV. I could easily go online to watch the reality shows I missed while I was away.

For family trip , location is center, near by metro therefore you can visit all places that needed. It was our pleasure to stay there and having quality time with family. Only thing is , breakfast doesn’t not have that much options but is enough to feed you stomach for daily rutine. Well, thank you.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large floor-to-ceiling window to enjoy the outside view. Very quiet at night, there are various restaurants downstairs, very convenient. It is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Sofia.

Wonderful hotel just a few steps from the center. The hotel has a bar (entertainment every night) and a dining area and an art gallery. Courteous and friendly staff. Large room equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended, we couldn't have chosen a better location! Top

Kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and rules are written clearly. Well run by staff and they are very helpful to us. Very busy hostel, maybe because they have many rooms. Recommended for budget traveler who want a clean place. Cleaner does the cleaning in daily basis and she did great job.
