Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.

After booking for a few days, the itinerary changed and the free change period was missed. Ctrip coordinated to say that it could not be changed, and it had to collect the money as scheduled. The stay in Sofia was customary. The location of the accommodation is perfect, very close to the city centre and the metro station. The staff was nice and premature and accessible for questions. The accommodation is secured by a pincode outside. The rooms are OK, you have beds, a closet and a water cooker. We couldn't find a kitchen personally, but should there be. The water in the showers was warm, so plus point. However, for example, the window did not close and it was a little colder. Check-in went easy, you also got clothes and shampoo, but at check-out no one was at the reception. Our biggest problem was that the walls are very noisy. We woke up by 4.30 because it was sooo noisy in the corridor (probably drunk co-inhabitants) and it sounded like the scenario was directly in our room. The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.
