A big thanks to Bill & Martina for lovely chilled week.. a great clean little room with a cracking view over the valley watching the buzzards lazily circling in the sky & the sheep coming down from the hill..from room ten's balcony we could even see down to Kolios Bay! Top cocktails every night and a smashing breakfast for two on our last morning sorted us for the trip back home! We'd love to come back same time next year but it's already booked up🥺! Kolios is one of our favourite areas to stay in and the Xanthi is best placed for it.. easily walkable to tavernas, you'll be spoilt for choice on where to eat, you can try a different place every night..our favourites were Jimmy's and the Pork&Roll (the loo is nuts🤣) Also, Kolios & Agia Paraskevi beaches are 10-15 min walk. Once again, thanks for a great stay!.. can't wait to come back soon ❤️ Dave & Sharon J

Great place to stay or stop off for a drink if passing. Vasillias and Martina are great friendly hosts. Stayed a week in June, but full when we tried to book again for September. Great views across the valley. Excellent breakfast and baguette for trip back home.

We have recently returned from holiday, staying at the fantastic Xanthi Studios. Bill, Martina and Katerina are so welcoming, friendly, helpful, lovely people. The Studios/pool bar are the perfect choice, (regularly cleaned/changing of bedding and towels) close to everything you need, excellent Tavernas, Restaurants & Supermarkets. Two fantastic Beaches and Bus Stop 15, taking you all over the Island. Xanthi also has parking should you hire a vehicle. Bill & Martina offer great food (omelette very yummy) variety of drinks including a great choice of Cocktails. We had such a great time can't wait to go back! ❤️xx

This is a lovely place to stay for so many reasons. Martina and Bill have thought of everything to make this a place you would choose to stay in again and a place to recommend to others. Stunning views from a decent sized balcony too. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well looked after. The shower was great! Swimming pool is fab with enough sunbeds for every guest. The bar / restaurant area is so lovely as is the choice of great food. Smashing cocktails too! Spectacular views of the stunning mountainside. Thanks Martina and Bill.

Bill and Martina are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. This is the second year in a row we have been. Located in a quiet area of Kolis the studios views from your room are amazing. You look over the valley which is so green so no having to look into other apartments. You can also see the bay. Rooms are spotlessly clean and a nice size. The pool is great and there are always sunbeds available. Finally, Mythos is always available on tap until you've had enough. The food is great as well for breakfast and lunch.

Xanthi Studios is in a great location- close to bus stop 15, Kolios beach and a short walk to Platanias which has a range of tavernas to choose from. The accommodation itself is brilliant. It was very clean and had so much storage! The bathroom was great too, very spacious and modern. The room was regularly cleaned and towels were changed too. A nice balcony too with lovely views of the countryside. Martina, Bill and Katerina were absolutely wonderful hosts. So welcoming and friendly. The drinks and snacks were amazing too. Xanthi Studios is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Skiathos and also perfect if you want to explore the island as it’s in such a great location. It would be a pleasure to return!

We’ve just returned from a stay at Xanthi studios, and would like to thank the hosts Bill, Martina and Katerina for making our stay so special. The apartment which is one of only 10 was spotlessly clean , and had a lovely view over surrounding countryside from the balcony. The pool area, and bar was also immaculate and the cocktails were second to none. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes from Kolios beach and a few metres from bus stop 15. All in all we couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough, and would definitely return again. Thank you for making our wonderful holiday even more perfect.

Amazing stay at Xanthi Studios. A family run hotel with great hospitality. Bill, Martina and Katrina were excellent hosts- fantastic ambassadors for Greece as a whole. Apartments were spacious and clean with a brilliant view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

During our recent trip to Skiathos we stayed at Xanthi traditional Greek accommodation that, while clean and functional, left me with mixed feelings. Firstly, the cleanliness of the space was commendable. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy, reflecting the dedication of the housekeeping staff. However, the overall aesthetic and furnishings leaned towards the basic side. While I appreciate the simplicity and authenticity of traditional Greek decor, I felt that it could benefit from a few more modern touches for comfort. One notable plus was the ample storage space available. It was refreshing to have enough room to unpack unlike some accommodations that skimp on storage, this place offered plenty of shelves and drawers both in the bedroom and bathroom areas. However, the beds were a particular point of contention for us, the bedframes would creak with every little movement, which could be quite distracting, especially at night. This was inconvenient, especially for someone who tends to shift while sleeping as the creaking disturbed my sleep and that of my husband. The outdoor balcony is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the views but difficult to relax on as the chairs are uncomfortable and hard, a little upgrade to the furniture is required. As for the hospitality, I found the staff to be polite but not particularly warm or welcoming any engagement tended to be upon us attempting to initiate conversation and engage with them but I know many returning guests received a very different approach, each to their own. That being said, we spent most of our time out exploring the island, so this didn’t impact our stay or enjoyment at all.

Came to these apartments looking to escape the pressure of business with a couple of mates and was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Bill & Martina, they are a credit to their business and the tourism trade of Skiathos. The apartments were clean and very comfortable for a great night's sleep, in the height of summer I would definitely recommend paying for the aircon as it made sleeping so much more comfortable! There's a good little selection of food on the menu from gyros, salads to pizzas which were all very nice and very reasonably priced. A good choice on the breakfast menu ensured that we didn't have to go looking elsewhere too! The Mythos was cold and refreshing, the pool was lovely , quiet & cool and the atmosphere in the pool bar was one of relaxation and great warmth. Location wise, Xanthi is directly over from bus stop 15 so getting about by bus was no problem at all, great beaches in Kolios, Vromolimnos, Aghia Paraskevi all close by which provided some great snorkelling particularly on a morning, so all in all, I would highly recommend these apartments for a relaxing getaway! Absolutely one of our best holidays, studios spacious and everything we needed. Lovely view from the balcony and so peaceful. Argento restaurant serves amazing food at very reasonable prices. All the staff and family couldn't do enough for us.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, but would highly recommend it for a meal & drinks Excellent food and very reasonably priced We came across it while out for a walk, so pleased we did, popped in for a drink at lunchtime and went back at night, we were so impressed I would advise booking as we went back on our last night and couldn’t get in, we were so disappointed

Didn’t stay, but came here to dine in an evening and would highly recommend. Food, service and price all excellent. All staff were so helpful and all areas were spotless. The views are wonderful overlooking the hills with a lovely cool breeze in the evening. Would recommend the fried courgette starter and the salmon main as well the calamari.

This was our first time at the Argento but not to Skiathos, it was recommended to us by friends and it did not disappoint, the rooms are modern and clean, beds were made and there were fresh towels everyday. The rooms come with Air conditioning and a safe. It is a family run Hotel Maria and Marta are the perfect hosts, the food is fantastic there is a good choice and it is traditionally Greek which is very good. Kolios beach is within walking distance and it is situated on bus stop 15. I would recommend Argento if it is your 1st time or your 30th time it is a place that is quite and secluded and the owners and staff are fantastic, friendly people, Myself and my husband are looking forward to staying again it is an ideal location.
