There was no unfortunate point in the location and facilities. However, I was racist from the staff, and the start of my trip was very unpleasant. I said there was a problem with the room we booked, and I guided our couple to an old and cramped room in the building next to the hotel, not the hotel. I saw the room and asked the staff to guide me back to the room, but there was only one room left, and even the room was fixing the tap of the washbasin, and I kept trying not to give the hotel room. Nevertheless, I asked him to wait until we fixed it, and then he guided us to the hotel that there was one room left. The facilities and cleanliness of the room were good, but the behavior of the staff made the image of the whole hotel the worst. The staff should not forget that racism is a great crime.
Alenti Sitges Hotel

Visited the town of sites with my whole family and we stayed in the Alenti hotel. The staff was excellent and willing to help no matter the requests. There wasn't a big selection of breakfast but whatever was on offer was good. The restaurant food was amazing, loved the flavours and the kids absolutely loved the lobsters too. Thank you Eda you made our stay a fantastic one.

We stayed in a ‘Safari Lodge’ November 2023, and enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and clean and the ‘lodge’ (more tent with a double bed in it) felt very new. It also comes with a heater which is great for the cold nights. However the room was extremely dark at night, as it only has 2 small lamps and 1 exterior, making it hard to see during night time. The Only downsides of the site itself is it can be a bit noisy from planes/trains passing throughout the night. As well as this, there was several bright lights which shine into the tents, making it quite light inside. The bathrooms + showers were exceptionally clean however. I wouldn’t recommend staying here outside of the peak summer season, as when we arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday we found everything on the site was shut, (including the restaurant + shop). The pools were advertised as shut, but we weren’t made aware of this before we arrived, however they did open up on some other days for very limited hours. The site is advertised as a 15 minute walk from the beach, however this is more like a 45 minute walk which leads to a small pebble beach, not the main Sitges beach as you’d expect. I don’t recommend this walk in the night as it is completely pitch black and passes through fields + underpasses. Another thing to bear in mind is that it’s a good location for Sitges, but if you plan on travelling to Barcelona via public transport, your only option is a bus which costs €4.50 each way and runs 1-2 times an hour. Walking from the accommodation into Sitges or anywhere else is impossible, as it’s located off of one of the highways which doesn’t have any pavements. All together though, the site was extremely clean, had helpful and friendly security + staff, and was great value for the price we payed. Just a shame about the public transport, the bright lights, and access to/from the site. A bonus is there is a large population of cats who are very friendly :)

The hotel is huge... So it takes me quite a while walking to reception, but I do love the restaurant and the bar. And room service there was excellent. It would be perfect if the Wi-Fi signals could be better. Overall I would love to have another stay in this hotel.

Went on Monday, poor people. But very comfortable, the hotel is right by the sea and there is a naked beach not far away! It's not cheap to eat around, but the seafood is good. PS: It is recommended that you do not go on Tuesdays and Tuesdays. Many stores are not open, such as the famous cheap seafood restaurant.
