Response from Property: Dear customer,I am sorry to read your words of disappointment towards our hotel but especially towards our reception staff. I can assure you that our staff always does everything possible to make the customer experience unique, always trying to find solutions to any problems and trying to satisfy the most disparate requests. Unfortunately from your criticism I can not deduce what were the problems related to your stay but I personally apologize if someone was rude to you. Regarding the location of the hotel, I am sure that before booking you have noticed that our property is located right in the city center of Syracuse, in a commercial area and full of shops and historical points of interest, in front of the archaeological park of Neapolis, a few steps from the catacombs of San Giovanni, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle lacrime, the Archaeological Museum and just 1.5 km from the island of Ortigia.
