Room was big and spacious, bathroom sufficient and has 2 basins which was a plus point. Service was really good, staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and had a good spread. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

First of all, the location is the reason why I picked this hotel; Of course, the complimentary mini bar and gifts for kids are the bonus. Your hotel colleagues are super nice and gave us a very clear advices during our stay.
The pool was great and cozy, the location for 3 main attractions are super close (all less than 10 mins walk away from our hotel) plus the monorail is also less than 10mins walk, the next station is Vivocity that only less than 10 mins ride with plenty of everything to spend your day.
However, we are lack of the food options nearby Hotel Michael, especially only few restaurants available after 20:00 is a boomer (we were tired and starving after left the Universal Studio, which closed at 20:00): no food court, no containers food, only few decent restaurants are still open.
One of my strongest bad feeling is even we want to go to the Vivocity for food, the queue at 20:15 was like a mile long that made us out of more options.
(one more thing: the lobby smells like sewer mix with perfume on second day (Aug 1st), when we first arrived was totally normal. Please kindly look into and resolve it asap) Thank you.

Since we could not travel abroad, we decided to have a short staycation during the long Hari Raya weekend. Having stayed in Equarius before, we really liked the hotel and hence it was an easy choice to come back there again.
The room was spacious and the location was very convenient, right inside the RWS complex with easy access to food and attractions.
For this stay, we opted for the larger garden deluxe room instead of the normal deluxe room (which is already very spacious itself). And it was really worth it, with a big balcony that our kids could even run around and blow bubbles in. Inside the room, there was enough space for an extra bed, on top of a sofa, coffee table, work desk and work chair, plus a super big bathroom with separate areas for toilet, shower, bathtub and powder. And still the room felt so spacious with lots of floor space left with so much furniture inside. Definitely a must for family stay.
The complimentary tickets to 2 popular attractions is a very nice touch. We had lots of fun during the 2 nights stay.
Take note that a large area of RWS is under renovation now, so the dining options are somewhat limited. You may want to take the free express train back to Vivocity where the choices are endless, both for dining and shopping.
Unfortunately there was an oil spill near Sentosa right before we checked in, so the beach was closed for cleaning up, and we could not do our usual beachwalk. Otherwise it would have been a perfect short break from our busy working schedule.

The room was awesome! Really worth up to the price. Very spacious and there was a really big bathtub. Showers/toilet/bathtub are all separated and was very spacious. The room leads you to a big outdooor space which links you to the pool.

It was a short one night staycation with friends. We had intended to go to the Grill fest but were fettered by the incessant rain. Glad that we found the Japanese restaurant for a delicious dinner near The Mess and the rather pleasantly decorated Quentin with outdoor seating for desserts.
The room was a nice size, although we would have appreciated another chair or sofa.
The hotel is nicely located near the monorail, the Imbiah lookout and also Siloso and Tanjong beach. It is very convenient.
It also offers yoga sessions every morning with towel, May and water thoughtfully provided.
A nice stay overall.

We went swimming at the pool and went for a photo at the pool with a bar. I left w my niece and my nephew to the baby pool after the photo while my brother continue to stayed on. After 10 minutes, he realise his body starts to itch and quickly got back to us and i also noticed some spots on my nephew and niece so we left the pool. They quickly went back to shower but still felt the itch, slightly painful and heat on the red soots. Feedback to them on the day itself at 7pm + that the pool is dirty, saying that they will get back to me, but have not receive their reply since then. But still thank the receptionist for offering help at the point of time. caution when you go swim !!

The hotel reception was very good at accommodating my special request of getting the room set up with balloons and stuff to celebrate our 19th Wedding Anniversary. They liased with me over email and made sure that the room was set up. The personal touch of a delicious brownie and a card to wish us on the day, was also extraordinary. They also helped us to check in an hour earlier because I needed to have a makeup artist come in at 2:30 to prepare me for a photoshoot at 5. We loved how they gave us the snack basket to choose 5 snacks before we went to our hotel room. The sky pool is an amazing experience and just a great way to relax with very little noise or distractions. The options on the island are fantastic. A lot to do. Food at the restaurant on the island was very, very expensive, however it was exceptionally delicious! So definitely worth the price.
The breakfast buffet definitely does need attention. There wasn’t a big variety of options and the food didn’t taste good. I found myself mostly eating fruit the 2 mornings we were there. Another huge problem is that the restaurant used for the breakfast is very small in size, so the place does get very busy and you will be asked to choose a 45 minute slot to eat. I felt that it was too rushed and unlike any other breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

The hotel was right by the beach which was convenient. It was very easy to get to any points on the island, including Universal Resort. The pool was gorgeous. The room quality was just okay. I do recommend. The island is secluded, so it takes a little while to get to other main sightseeing points like Marina Bay.

Stayed in deluxe twin room at level 5, floor to ceiling window is nice but only has a view of the bottom section of level 6 pool area and level 4 rooftop. Amenities are minimal but useful. Check in is fast and efficient. For check out, the lift is very packed as there is only two lifts each side.

Very friendly staff, great location by the beach, shuttle bus that can take you to vivo city. Super kids friendly place with nice kids play room, arts and crafts, board games, ping pong, beach volley ball, paddle board and boats, you name it! Free laundry and dryer is very convenient, although it will be nicer if all the machines are placed on the same floor so we don’t need to search different floors for an empty machine. Only down side is the rooms are a bit worn down and old, but good size with big beds.

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating.
Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

SSie Leng LaiI booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.
and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

AAnonymous UserThis is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

HHKK123Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
Will definitely coming back again

MMui HuangWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

EEmma S.Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.

TTravel maker 13Just booked for my urgent business trip to SG as this hotel is very close to my office. There’s huge elevator sound outside of my room so I couldn’t sleep a wink for the first night so I’ve asked the front desk to change my room. They are super efficient to respond at my demands and very kind too. It’s an old hotel at good rate so I have not much complaints for this price but room with the small numbers are recommended than rooms with high numbers especially near the elevator. A room is small but just ok for solo travelers!

GGuest UserIt was a great experience. Inside the bus actually looks like a hotel basically, just that the bus driver seat is still intact. The aircons are like those kinds we can find in our home with their own remote control, not the bus aircons we see in public bus. Something that can be improved is the amount of shower gel and shampoo provided. The shower gel is almost gonna be finished soon before we take a shower. It will be better if those are filled up to the brim for new guests.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel at orchardz area, you can go off at somerset MRT station exit D.. easy to find this hotel, near seven eleven, and just walking for about 10-minutes to takashimaya, tang plaza, and other busy area at orchard.. standar room, shower, free refill for water inside room.. good choice for short stay at singapore..
