Kempinski Hotels in Singapore

We stayed for only one night at the hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional, especially the concierge team, who were outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. While the room itself was well-maintained, the layout was uncomfortable and very dark, as it didn’t receive any natural light. The windows faced the interior of a shopping mall, making it quite noisy until 11:40 PM. Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working at midnight and was not fixed by the time we checked out at 10 AM. The room also felt very cramped, leaving little space to move around, and seemed better suited for one person rather than two. Lastly, the gym was very small and lacked adequate space and equipment for a proper workout. While we appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness, the excellent staff, and the fantastic breakfast, addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience.
