Singapore Hotels with Wi-Fi

The location: very close to MRT Bencoolen, close to many minimarts, safe area not too busy not too quiet, Toast box is just opposite the hotel, in a walking distance for Fort canning and Singapore National Museum, I love the location! The hotel: very new, The A.C. is not clean enough but acceptable, the daily cleaning is not provided only every 3 days, in the toilet has shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Body towel and toilet paper. You can ask for shaver kit, tooth brush&tooth paste, slipper from the reception, has glasses and cups with water dispenser, The plug is universal socket. It has hair dryer in the room. I booked King room. I think it is nice for Singapore. The Hotel atmosphere is safe, it has hotel co-space for Coffee and tea, workspace. I didn’t try other facilities but seems so cool! The security is good, need to use the keycard to access Hotel area. On ground floor has cafe and bar. Not loud, very demure customers. My family feel impressed with the hotel and we might come back to stay again!

It is a very old hotel and they didn't upgrade their amenities. The room was big but the toilet sucks and has a sewerage smell. The biggest put off was, the 4th level is rented out to a childcare centre and the hotel pool was used for swimming lessons for the kids! The pool being so small already was filled with 2 groups of kids so what is left for the hotel guests? Me and my kid left the pool after 15mins. Boy was I glad it was only a 1 night's stay! With $60 difference, I would have booked the other hotel 100m away with an infinity pool!

First time staying here since Covid. Check-in was fast. It was a self check-in system. Only thing is that they didnt accept contactless mode of payment for the hotel deposit. So i still had to proceed to the counter to complete my check-in as i did not have my physical credit card with me. Not an issue. There was a lift leading straight to the carpark. Very useful and helpful. Room size was acceptable. Not huge but not small either. There was a filtration system for drinking water. Therefore, no bottled water was provided. But then again, Singapore’s tap water is pretty much safe for drinking unless otherwise stated. Loved the rainshower in the room. I did not get the opportunity to try out the gym and the wellness services in the hotel. Will definitely find an opportunity to try them out someday.

Good location. Value for money. No hassle checking in and checking out. Our room is clean but upon entering the room you can smell an old hotel smell. The bathroom emits a foul smell even though we still do not use it.It really hurts our nose. We didn't change rooms anymore because it's already a hassle and we’re tired of our flight and daily activities. Love the shampoo and the body wash. All in all... all are good except that foul emitting smell in the bathroom. The old hotel smell in the room after a few days staying was gone.

Check in was a little slow because you’re unable to use the self check in kiosk but besides that, quite clean! Pool was fun as well. Just wish they provided more tissues and also that the housekeeping was quicker because I turned the button on for few hours and when I came back from the hotel, the was still unkept. No trashcans around the hotel to throw out daily garbage so please take note as room for inprovement. Overall, comfy stay and thank you for service.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

The bed and room are incredibly comfy, offering a perfect place to unwind. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the MRT, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making everything so convenient. The hotel’s food is halal, which is a huge plus for Muslim travelers. The room rates are affordable, offering great value for the experience. On top of that, the toiletries provided are not only of good quality but also add a luxurious touch to the stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Generally hotel stuff were great , specially eurkia in front desk , she was very professional hospitable and kind  , she made our check in very pleasant and welcoming  Great hotel to stay  Looking forward to go back

The location is far from the train, but the bus stop is close and you can walk to Bugis. The rooms are in the basement, with no windows and thin walls. You can hear everything: guests coming home at night, people talking in the hallway, doors opening, conversations in the room, the sound of the hair dryer, etc. It is a very hard environment for those who want to sleep quietly. Also, a plastic comb that I had used for about four years, which had been propped up in a cup with my toothbrush, was thrown away when I cleaned the room. It was tattered and cheap, but I had used it for a long time, and I knew it was wrong to throw away a guest's personal belongings without permission. I was very shocked... The staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

Great Location with a Few Minor Drawbacks Booked this for mom and dad! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Sentosa Express, which offers free rides to VivoCity mall, making it super convenient. It's also close to MRT stations and bus stops. One thing to note: the hotel only provides full room service if you stay for at least five nights. For shorter stays, they change towels and restock toilet paper every other day. The bed was unusually high compared to most hotels—I actually had to climb up to get in! Their room faced a cemetery which they weren't very happy with. Mom and dad loved the swimming pool and used it almost everyday. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of VivoCity, the Sentosa Gateway, and the surrounding area. There were many great food options nearby. A small note on water: the hotel provides two complimentary bottles on the first day. Singapore’s tap water is safe to drink, but if you’re not used to it, it might cause stomach issues. To be safe, consider buying bottled water from FairPrice in VivoCity. Overall, they enjoyed their stay! The only downsides were the unusually high bed. But these were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant experience.
