Amazing Bay Views! I had a fantastic stay! The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, day and night. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Second visit. Got a complimentary upgrade to club lounge access. Service at the Club Lounge was exquisite with smiles. Thankful for the upgrade but the cuisine was not suited for the palette of the traditiomal elderly. Room was clean and view was fantastic at level 32. The bathtub is always TV was an issue on the second day that kept restarting and could not be used for the entire second day, even after technical assistance. Overall still a great experience and would visit again!

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating. Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Love everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom! Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd

Even if you are used to stay in nice hotels, you can enjoy this hotel. Not only the rooms and a swimming pool but also staffs here are really wonderful. I love hospitality of the staffs here.

I chose this hotel for its location, within walking distance for the SCB full marathon this year. The hotel room is in the new wing, few steps away from the lift. Everything in the room is functional. The long mirror with a socket next to it is a bonus making it super convenient to get hair done 😊 As I was too sleepy after the marathon, I check-out before 6pm incurring extra 100 bucks before tax.

I have a very good time with celebrate my birthday here for 3 nights stay at 16 floors. My birthday was very special this year 2024. I will be celebrating my birthday here every year next .

The quality of food in the club lounge has dropped significantly compared to my previous visit in 2022. Lounge serves red/white/prosecco during cocktail hours. The water temperature for the shower fluctuates resulting in an uncomfortable shower experience. The bathtub in the room was huge. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff at the level 3 breakfast restaurant appears to be lost and unsure of what to do. However, the service level of the staff at the club lounge was excellent.
