This hotel boasts a prime location. Across the street, there's a large shopping mall that houses both the MRT station and the train to Sentosa, making our trip incredibly convenient and easy. The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing wasn't great. We happened to be on a lower floor near the road, so we could easily hear the car noises.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad hotel at all. It was quite convenient going in and out of the city, and was definitely convenient going to mount faber and Sentosa.
Generally the hotels is clean but lacks a lot when it comes to storage spaces. There were only a table few hangers and a small shelf to place your things. We were there for 7 days so a bit more storage space at least for clothes would be great.
I do not want to upload any negative photos, but I advise and urge the hotel to please change the sheets especially when they change guest. When we first arrived almost at 2am and woke up the next day, there seems to be some large dried red substance in our sheets when we woke up, which we were absolutely disgusted by.
Service was nice and everything seem to be alright, amenities wise was also lacking but for a budget hotel. I think it’s worth the penny.
✅
The room was quite clean, and they even helped fold our clothes during our two-day stay.
The front desk staff can communicate in Chinese.
Free luggage storage is available.
It's very convenient to get to any attraction in Sentosa; there's a bus stop right outside, and the MRT station is an 8-10 minute walk away.
Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, and an electric kettle are provided.
👌🏻
The room is a bit small; a 28-inch suitcase is hard to fully open.
I didn't like the overhead rain shower; it would be great if there was an additional handheld showerhead holder higher up.
Bottled water is not provided, but there's a water purifier for direct drinking water.
❌
The soundproofing isn't great; the hallway noise, especially from noisy children, is very loud.
The toilet in my room had a strange odor, but my family members staying in other rooms didn't experience this issue.
The location is great, very convenient for Universal Studios. There are also shopping malls and a bus stop nearby, so transportation is super easy. The price is very reasonable too. The only downside is the air conditioning can be a bit noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.
Great location, affordable price. The reception staff provided excellent service. It's close to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. You can take a bus from the hotel and then transfer to another bus that goes directly to the airport.

【Location】The hotel's location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven next door and restaurants downstairs. Right outside is a famous market that's really lively at night.
【Room】Perhaps due to renovation, the room is small and a bit damp.
【Service】The housekeepers aren't very professional when cleaning the rooms.

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is located in the CBD, a typical business hotel, with an excellent location. It's only a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, making it very convenient to get to Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park. The best part is its proximity to Lau Pa Sat, just a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy all your meals there! The hotel's infinity pool is also fantastic, offering a partial view of the Strait of Malacca. The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast selection, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for my child who is under 12.

Great stay and amazing place! Place was big and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Love it! What makes it even better is the staff who attended to me. Want to give a special shoutout to Ana. She’s very friendly and hospitable, she makes sure that my requests are met and that my stay at the hotel is enjoyable and restful. She’s very helpful too! I needed help with my stuff and she carried them for me so that I do not need to make a 2nd trip. She also extended my card for a little longer so that I can make a 2nd trip to my room to bring the rest of the items down. Thank you Ana! 👍🏻

Excellent hostel! Several metro stations are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk.
Marina Bay and Chinatown are easily reachable on foot, which I did every evening. There are also at least 3 food courts nearby with prices starting from $5. I ate at two of them – delicious and cheap, with a huge selection of dishes, including Thai and Chinese cuisine.
The staff (three guys) are very friendly and helpful with everything, from giving advice on where to go to what to try.
In the kitchen, tea, 3-in-1 coffee, and sugar are available for free 24/7. There's a microwave, kettle, and a water cooler where you can fill your own bottle and avoid buying water from 7/11. There's also a small fridge if you have leftovers or bought something for breakfast in advance.
The hostel's breakfast is modest, but it's great that it's even included for the price of accommodation – 3 types of cereal, 3 types of milk (regular, chocolate, soy), toast (white and wholemeal bread), and toppings (2 kinds of jam, chocolate spread, peanut butter, and something else). In short, everyone will find something to their liking.
Now for the cons:
There's only one hairdryer in the female shower room, and it's not working.
Your luggage, both large and carry-on, won't fit into the lockers and will be left in the hallways throughout the hostel because there isn't a separate luggage storage room.
The hostel entrance isn't time-restricted, so people can check in or return from outings at 2 or 3 AM, which is disruptive and will wake everyone in the room.
Overall, the downsides are minor. If I have the chance to visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose this hostel ❤️

I dropped off my luggage in the morning and checked in around 9 PM. The staff were friendly right from the moment I left my bags. I was a bit concerned when no one was at the front desk during check-in, but they returned after a short wait, so I got to my room without any issues. The room was convenient with a separate shower and toilet. On the street side, as shown in the picture, you need to lift your luggage, but the arcade side on the opposite end has no steps. There's also a famous Kaya toast shop along the arcade, so even though it was pouring rain, I could go for breakfast without getting wet. I also appreciated that a room key was required for the elevator, which made me feel secure.
