Hotels in Novena, Singapore

The location is excellent, shopping mall & and mrt station is just next door. The only problem of the hotel is the bed is quite soft.

The rooms are compact but efficiently designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, and while space was a bit tight for someone traveling with larger luggage, it was well-suited for a solo business traveler. The desk area was functional, but if you need a more spacious setup for extended work sessions, the lobby might be a better option. Soundproofing was decent, though I did hear some hallway noise in the mornings.

They have two wings: the East Wing and the West Wing (which has bigger rooms). The front desk informed us that they could only upgrade us for the first night as they were fully booked on the second night , so we chose not to upgrade at all to avoid moving to another building . The hotel is right beside Zhongshan Mall. It’s a very small mall with just a few shops, but it’s enough. They have a McDonald’s, Starbucks, Toast Box, BreadTalk Bakery, FairPrice supermarket, and a Guardian pharmacy and I especially loved the serene garden .🌲🍂 The check-in process was exceptionally smooth and the staff was very helpful. Despite arriving late for breakfast with only 30 minutes left to eat, the chef was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us more food . Breakfast last call at 9:45am .  The only minor downside was that the room and bed were a bit smaller than expected, and if you turn too much, you might feel like you’ll fall off 🤣🤣. Aloft took over the building from two other hotels last June. Personally, I felt everything was great, except for the room itself ,which they can’t do much about. Price was on the steep side due to  F1 weekend.but overall, it was a delightful experience.💖

The hotel is very convenient. It is next to the Novena MRT station. The bus outside the door is 10 minutes away from Orchard Road. There is a kitchen in the room. You can use hot milk and boiled eggs in the morning. In addition, the waiters here can speak Chinese. They are really friendly to people who do not speak English.

Very good service specially cleanliness of the room. Location 👍 Staff 👍 Allover our experience is soo good with ibis hotel.

i was a bit scared when i booked this hotel because some reviews were negative but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. the only negative thing i would comment about is the toilet , it had a very strong smell and it was a little dirty , other then that everything else was good.

I booked the club room for 3nights for my twin brothers to celebrate their birthday. My brothers really enjoyed themselves and they were really pleased with the service rendered by the hotel staff even though an unpleasant incident happened. My brothers were trapped in the lift for a good 15-20mins on their last night while they were on their way out to grab some dinner from the nearby shopping malls. They would like to commend that the rescue assistance was fairly prompt after calling the hotel hotline found in the lift. I was told that when the lift resumed service and my brothers were bought to the ground level, the hotel staffs went to check on them. Then later in the evening, a hotel staff went to their rooms with some compensatory gifts (fruits, cookies tidbits, cupcakes & canned beverages). All in all, it was an enjoyable staycation for my brothers and they said they certainly wouldn’t mind returning to Oasia Novena if it’s sponsored again😑.

Location was ok , got bus station. Mrt is a bit further. Nearer mrt is novena or toa payoh. Ac is not working well and was leaking water too, but can't complain much for the price you pay for. Just a Quick sleep and go if on budget. Got a decent size swimming pool and also a gym room . Few eateries around .

1st time staying at Citadines Balestier with my family for our short break in Spore. The location is conveniently located to Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands and also to the Whampoa Food Court. The nearest shopping centre is 2-3 buses away, Vivo and Novena Shopping Point. This apartel is still very new looking eventhough its a few years. Inside the room ammenties are clean n still new. There are 1 tv in the living room and another in our sleeping room. Shower is great n big as well. The only downside is if you need drinking water, you will need to go down to level 6 to get it from the dispenser. I find it very inconvenient so I boiled myself with the kettle provided. There is a washing machine cum dryer inside the service residence. No instructions was given, it’s difficult for non regular washing person to understand or use it. Some guides should be given on this. I tried washing some clothes n it came out not so dry even after the dryer being used. Left it overnight n all my clothes came out extremely crumpled!! Otherwise everything is good😀

This hotel is indeed very good and I highly recommend it. The most important thing is the help I received from “Ken”. The room was also very comfortable to stay in. If you are a Chinese and come to Singapore for the first time, I recommend this place, The premise is that you have to bring enough cash, hahahahaha
