The hotel is very new and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I left my ID at the front desk when checking in and the staff only called me after 8am to not disturb me at night. Located at a distance from the MTR station but there are plenty of buses, and it's lovely neighborhood! Would stay here again the next time I'm in Singapore.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish!
The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, scenic views, or any other notable feature, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked the club room for 3nights for my twin brothers to celebrate their birthday.
My brothers really enjoyed themselves and they were really pleased with the service rendered by the hotel staff even though an unpleasant incident happened.
My brothers were trapped in the lift for a good 15-20mins on their last night while they were on their way out to grab some dinner from the nearby shopping malls.
They would like to commend that the rescue assistance was fairly prompt after calling the hotel hotline found in the lift. I was told that when the lift resumed service and my brothers were bought to the ground level, the hotel staffs went to check on them. Then later in the evening, a hotel staff went to their rooms with some compensatory gifts (fruits, cookies tidbits, cupcakes & canned beverages).
All in all, it was an enjoyable staycation for my brothers and they said they certainly wouldn’t mind returning to Oasia Novena if it’s sponsored again😑.
i was a bit scared when i booked this hotel because some reviews were negative but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. the only negative thing i would
comment about is the toilet , it had a very strong smell and it was a little dirty , other then that everything else was good.

Nice to be back! Thank you for accommodating my special requests. Nice view! I was held up at check in and given a coffee voucher for waiting (over 10mins), but it’s fine. Unfortunately our first check-in room experience wasn’t pleasant. There was blood stain on the sofa and unknown hair, feather and droplets of water on the floor. The electric kettle wasn’t working and a day later the toilet flush down. The room had a lot of faults! But, they fixed it up quickly as soon as I called the receptionist. I don’t mean to be troublesome. I borrowed the pool towels to make bed for my dog (sorry if it’s illegal, but dun worry he’s on diapers so won’t dirty the towels). There were more snacks choices this time and I always like the lemon mint infused water. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing long weekend. One more thing to pets owners, I would say this hotel is pet friendliest after I called some other hotels to check them out. I will definitely be back with my dog anytime I want to bring him along for a staycay. Cashy loved it and celebrated his birthday in the room. Thank you Citadines crews for making our stay at ease and enjoyable.
Front office staff do not know how to thank the guest, very opposite from the housekeeping attendant who more friendly, smiling, greeting and of course thank the guest when we were leaving the hotel…
Stayed in 1 Bedroom unit.
All the team from security, concierge and Housekeeping are superb! From cleanliness, friendliness and even all the tenant whenever or whoever bump into you in the lift always never fail to great one another.
Thumb up for the team! Especially Shanti…
It's a bit far from shopping malls and subway stations. There's no restaurant downstairs. It's a bit remote. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping mall. It's very quiet at night. Although Singapore has good security, women staying alone should be cautious. The hotel actually has no services to speak of. You need to notify us in advance to clean the room, and there is no one at the front desk.
