We are with kids and back for summer holidays and stayed 23 nights. It’s a lovely big 1 br apartment with old school charm, but you’re guaranteed privacy as it’s not over populated, and yet you get access to Shangri-La hotel’s facilities! Location is good that it’s a short walk to orchard road though the pavement up and down the slope on orange grove isn’t the best for walking. The staff and service is the best here compared to even other 5 star hotels as they look after more familiar longer staying guests. Definitely would come back!

Hotel location is great. The laundry is another added advantage. All said, the hotel has only one staff during checkin.

We booked couples rooms and stay for more than a week. We hope next time there will be twin bed setting (two single bed) for one bedroom type.

Great service apartment if you have a 4 year old staying with you. Pool is right on 1st floor, and you walk less than 5 mins to Shangri-la hotel nextdoor for the water activities and indoor playground. Facility is a bit old, so expect some oldness and maybe some ants coming inside through the plantation right outside of windows (pest control done when requested), but overall very satisfying. Would love to come back.

The room facilities are shabby and old! The service attitude is bad! It's really not worth the price of more than 2,000! Where do all those good reviews come from? I don't want to come to this hotel again in my life! Not recommended!

I stayed for 7 consecutive days, and the apartment order requires a minimum of 6 days. I booked a room with living room and kitchen. Environment, geographical location and transportation: It is more convenient to walk around Orchard Road and shopping is convenient. Not far from the botanical gardens. Far from the subway station. The decoration and greening of the hotel are better. The apartment building has a swimming pool and tennis court, and the hotel building has a swimming pool and gym. When checking in, the lobby service staff will provide a guide to the hotel facilities. Hotel facilities: relatively old, complete kitchen supplies. A large refrigerator. A kettle. An electric ceramic stove with 4 pots, three soup pots and a non-stick frying pan. There is a toaster and rice cooker. There is an integrated microwave and oven. But there is no coffee machine and no dishwasher. Public washing machines and dryers are in the elevator entrance passage, so you have to prepare your own laundry detergent. There is only one bathroom, and it is relatively small, in the bedroom. The TV is not large in size, and there are 50 programs to choose from. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. The air conditioner in the hotel is relatively cold, so you don't need to turn it on in the room. Sanitation: Cleaning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, weekends off. The floor was not cleaned and was sticky. The shower gel bottle was empty when we checked in on the first day. There is no conditioner provided in the bathroom, you need to purchase it yourself. Only one set of disposable slippers and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. There are many ants in the room, looking for food everywhere. When it was the last cleaning time, I told the waiter that I would clean it in the afternoon, but he didn't come to clean it later. I had to check out the next day, so I didn't push it. If the trash can is left for two days, it will smell like decay. Service: The service staff will greet each other when they meet. A welcome fruit plate will be provided on the first day of check-in, an instant coffee and tea, a piece of butter for cooking, four eggs, a loaf of bread, a one-liter bottle of orange juice, and a one-liter bottle of milk. A box of breakfast cereal. During the Spring Festival, the hotel gave me a box of chocolates and two oranges. There is construction outside the hotel apartment, which affects the landscape. The sound insulation effect of the room is good and will not be affected.

Convenient transportation, quiet environment in a busy city, friendly hotel staff, complete facilities, but the charging equipment is a bit old, it would be better to provide a cable tray. Haha, I stayed here for more than 20 days and spent the Spring Festival! The waiters have a good attitude and are always responsive! The room was clean. In the apartment we live in, there is a dedicated channel at the Shangri-La Hotel to just swipe your card! I ate at Shangri-La's buffet restaurant four times and there was a lot of food! There are many activities arranged during the Spring Festival. It’s so lively to see dragon and lion dances!

The 2-bedroom, 1-living room room is big enough for a family to stay in. The hotel may be old and the facilities are old. The hotel cleans 3 times a week. I stayed for 7 days and only cleaned twice. The cleaning was not clean, there were ants and a lot of dust. The air conditioner was very noisy. There were welcome fruits, free corn flakes and bread on the day of check-in, and free milk and juice in the refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make a simple breakfast. The hotel swimming pool is large and fun. The children don't feel bored playing in the pool all day. Overall, it feels good and cost-effective

Close to Orchard Road, nice surroundings, large rooms with kitchens, you can cook by yourself. Friendly staff. Breakfast is conveniently available at the nearby Shangri-La Hotel. Facilities are a bit old.
