I loved this property. While I read review that it is very dated, to me it had a very good maintenance given the number of years it has been operating. kudos to all the team members . Everyone has been friendly and cordial from Reception to the Housekeeping Attendant. I will be choosing this property for my next trip back SG.

Arrived early and was granted an early check in which surprised us. By the time we arrived in the apartment our language was there . You could utilise the slippers and gowns. Loved the bathroom and shower size . Water pressure was excellent. The is also a bath. Because of the washing machine I over packed . The room was serviced everyday . Thank you to Ivy . There is a tv in the lounge and bedroom which had a king bed . Don’t need to purchase water the apartment has water and if you venture out complementary water , apple and a shopping bag Is available. The breakfast is $18 and good for the price. We ordered lunch from the restaurant and they delivered it to the pool area. Food was delicious. The pool is well maintained loved the furniture . The toilets are air conditioned and beautiful . There is also a gym overlooking the pool. The pool itself needs some maintenance as there is some tiles missing on the floor. The pool offered water bottles and towels. Suggestion to management maybe have a fridge to cool the bottle waters. Within the complex there are places to eat and a small shopping mart . Not far from Orchard Rd with a Grab. Don’t forget to get the Grab app .

Very good hotel

The apartment is spacious and suitable to family stay. Will consider to stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully done up. The bathrooms were spotless and amenities were very good. There are two or three grocery stores and a supermarket on the first level of the building along with a handful of restaurants. The central location of the hotel made it easy for us to go around the city. Overall our stay was delightful and I'd love to stay there again when I return!

Convenient location in River Valley. Clean spacious rooms with service apartment amenities. All the staff are very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Jaya at the front desk and Letchimy from housekeeping who have been most helpful during our staying.

We booked a three-bedroom suite. Hotels in Singapore during the Spring Festival are very expensive, so Fraser Suites is a very cost-effective choice. The room is large and has a washing machine and dryer. There is a supermarket downstairs, where you can buy groceries and cook, and you can make your own complementary food for your children. The dryer broke down in the first two days of our stay and could not be repaired. The staff helped arrange another empty machine for drying, and offered us a late checkout. There is also a children's playground in the hotel, which is suitable for little ones. There is also a swimming pool and children's play facilities outdoors. Our family has a one-and-a-half-year-old and a two-and-a-half-year-old, and they had a lot of fun.

The service is good, they clean every day 🧹🧹🧹, the main feature is hygiene and cleanliness, the swimming pool is very clean, next to it is the gym, which mainly has two fully automatic massage chairs, which are rarely comfortable, and are massaged once a day.

Hotel background: Huisheng is a global hotel apartment company. Language environment: The front desk is two Indian friends who can't speak Chinese. Environment outside the hotel: You can see many Chinese people after staying for a few days. There are residential areas nearby. There is a small shopping mall downstairs. There is a 711 and a delicious Hainanese chicken rice restaurant within a five or six minute walk. Hotel transportation: There is a bus stop within a four or five minute walk, and a subway station within a 15-20 minute walk. Hotel environment update: Because it was a birthday stay, gifts, snacks and 🍷 were also given. Washing and drying machine, clothes drying rack, refrigerator can all be used, double bedrooms and double bathrooms, the master bedroom has a bathtub and bathroom, toilet, the photos are all real shots without filters, you can only say that you can see the overall picture but not the details. The first picture is in the master bedroom and I was speechless.

Booked a three-bedroom room, but it can only sleep 4 people. The bed in the master bedroom is a double bed. The single bed is next to the window and it is always leaking. You can only add one bed. No more beds are allowed. The breakfast is very simple. The hotel pool is very good. There is a supermarket around the hotel. Very convenient

The front desk service was also very good. I ordered takeout and didn't have change, but they tried their best to find it for me.
