Avoid if you don't want to sleep with cockroaches!!! Killed 15 at one night. They keep coming out non stop for the whole night!!! Horrible!!! Now I have to worry if they have gotten into my luggage and are following me home. Worst accommodations ever, no pest control had been performed. Not even mentioning broken hair dryer and dirty pillow case.

Value for money Location wise, consider ok Cleanness ok

Courteous and attentive staff. Amenities top grade. TV had only a few local stations. Inclusion of cable tv with English programmes, would have made the stay more enjoyable.

Good clean

I was not expecting this kind of service and condition of the room at lest in Singapore.   At first the was allocated to me Aircon was not working even after complained twice they said I should not change the settings and let it run for few hours.  Even after 3 hours use no chance.  Then at night, I asked the staff to come check if they spend 10 minutes and finally changed the room.   Secondly, small cockroaches 🪳 suddenly appears in the room.   Furthermore, I booked this room for my study and online exam I requested for better internet 🛜 connection. Unfortunately, the internet keep dropping and I was not able to take my exams until I connect my Hot spot.  Hence, please mindful.

Clean and value for the money. Just this hotel located in red light district and migration worker.. quite messy and noisy at night.

Nice and friendly checkin . Services are good . Very clean and tidy: hotel staff are professional, looking forward to stay again.

Small room but clean. A bit far from mrt station. Cheap room and good service

The room and stay is OK for a short 3day trip. Just using the hotel room for sleeping at night, during the day is always out since it's travel/ vacation time to explore the city.

The bed sheet was very old, and the air conditioner in the first room wasn't working well. After reporting this to the staff, they gave us a new room where the air conditioning was fine. Overall, the quality matched what we paid for.

The check-in time was convenient. I am also satisfied with the luggage storage service. However, I did not receive the friendliness and smile of the staff. Except this , I am satisfied with the rest of the services.

If anyone planning to stay in this hotel… you need to experience this.. I can’t explain.. good luck to you all… most likely hotel for bunch of guys hired ****** for few hours..

Its ok, budget friendly and the service is just what you paid for, I rate it like that because there are 2 guest but they never serve for 2 people rather 1, they doesn’t change the linens and tap up new brush, service water, tissues. etc… either its a nice hotel.
