After staying in Singapore many times, this is the first time I have found such a great accommodation. I will definitely stay here again ☺️

Room was decent, has kitchen and everything that is needed as if it’s an apartment. few grievances were that no tissues were provided, the king bed was actually 2 singles hidden under a big mattress cover, and the table area was a small coffee table unlike the listed picture. kitchen and toilet sink are one, and the aircon had some bad condensation against the wall due to placement. i also suggest for people to check out on time as housekeeping is pretty punctual. otherwise, still a passable and decent stay.

Cleanliness - 4/5 - The room was very clean. However, when we entered there was a pool of water on the floor since the freezer in the fridge had defrosted as the power had been off. Location - 5/5 - We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of NUS and this suited our needs. Service - 2/5 - Check in was straightforward. Not sure which category to classify this but there was a power outage during our stay which made things quite inconvenient and there was no communication from the staff about it. The emergency light was on in our room most of the night which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Amenities - 5/5 - The provided a lot of amenities, like cooking facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a shaving kit. It was very good.

Love the room ! The room is spacious to me and worth the price paid for with the washing machine, cooker and microwave as to compared to normal hotels. Would definitely come back here always! Thank you to the hotel team for being very responsive and responsible.

New room with great amenities. U just have to bring ready meals or can do simple cooking. So much fun and peaceful place. recommended for those who like home-staycation

I think the location is residential and nice to walk around But not sure why my room is so noisy? The ceiling hole has constant sound disrupting my sleep and hotel didn’t want to move me to another room even tho I said I don’t mind downgrade Hotel room has nice design but is spoiled by the lack of cleaning . Cleaning was badly done ; when I went to room, lots of ants on table (turns out they didn’t even wipe the table), the bedsheet is extremely dirty with hair and stains , and hotel toilet shower they didn’t bother to take out the hair. Lots of previous guests hair in toilet floor and room, causing oblockage in shower. Housekeeping disturb me at 9 am despite me not yet check out. I think should change the house keeping team and also improve professionalism on flexiblity.

The service was below satisfactory in terms of checking in and out. This is because Coliwoo Hotel does not have a 24 hour reception service, like other hotels I stayed in - Where reception operates 24/7. There was also the problem of hygiene and bugs. However, it was convenient for those wishing to travel or work in NUS Business School, the ISEAS Research Institute, and the APEC building itself.

It has all in one facilities which for the price point is very worthwhile except there's no gym or swimming pool which may not matter if you don't intend to use them at a hotel anyway. Public transportation is very convenient with a bus stop just a few minutes walking distance to the hotel. Food varieties nearby are not bad and there's a 7-11 too. Food delivery options are excellent since it's at central part of SG. The only cons I can say is there's no 24 hr hotel reception service unlike most hotels which means getting certain urgent issues to be resolved ASAP is a hassle and also limited amount of housekeeping for rooms.

The room comes with kitchen and washing machine! Really useful for travellers who visit Singapore for a short period. Easy check in & express check out process!

Quiet location and is easy if by driving. Hourly car park at the basement. Nice spacious room with basic amenities provided. Recommended if you prefer away from city and more quiet location.

A convenient place to stay, although it is very deep in, but there is quite lots of food around the area. ☺️

I like it that your hotel is very clean and new. It is also spacious and within walking distance to the 7-11 and eateries nearby.

Had a pleasant experience during my recent stay. The service was great, staff were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The room was decent offering a comfortable space to relax. While the hotel is located slightly away from the city centre, it’s still very accessible thanks to convenient public transport options nearby. Overall, a great value stay with good service!
