Lovely hotel , very accommodating and clean . Staff were very pleasant , helpful and respectful! Stayed for 5 nights and would Definitely book again if I travel to Singapore. Though the room wasn’t spacious enough for 2 people, all the other positives aspects evened it out ! Definitely would recommended!!

Overall the experience was good, I like the hotel lounge where they offer special rates ie. $9 for happy hour drinks and snacks... Will be back again... 😁

Overall, my family and I had a very positive experience at Momentus Hotel Alexandra. The staff was very friendly and professional. Sincerely thank you for arranging our two rooms next to each other, it truly made our stay more convenient and enjoyable.

Been awhile since my partner and I came back to this hotel for staycation. We were informed by the staff that their club lounge at level 19 was under renovation thus the evening cocktail will be at level 7. Was quite disappointed with the food. We wasn’t given the option to choose the food and it’s only a one time servings. We ended up have to order snacks from the bar. Hopefully when the club lounge is ready, it will be like last time where we can take our own food with unlimited servings. And I also notice there is no chrome cast in the room already. Not sure why it was removed. Will still come back when the lounge is ready.

The breakfast variety could improve. Crossiant is hard, sunny egg white is raw not cook. Scrambled egg 👎 . No appetite after see their breadfast. The breakfast is getting worst.

The room was great but the Aircon not cold and water hose leaking. Feedback to the reception.

Our experience was good and we have confortable stay. The lady who check us in the reception was very knowledgeable and friendly . Facilities was updated and enjoyable, food varieties also not bad. We only had a little disappointment in the service at the pool bar called the Verandah. All the staff was good and accommodating except for the lady manager or duty. I think her name is Vina. I was informed upon check in that happy hour in the bar is until 8pm so we decided to come as we arrived at 1930h upon reaching the pool bar we greeted her and ask about until what time is the happy hour and she mentioned is was over it was on around 1945h then when we seated I ask again one of the staff for the menu and ask if the happy hour is still on and she said yes until 8pm same information we get from the front desk upon check in . I order the lager beer from the happy hour menu which cost 10sgd per pint  so I order 2 and the manager lady is the one who get the payment . Upon reaching our seat I look again the receipt and surprise that I was charged 14 sgd per pint not including the taxes and service charge so I ask my partner to have a look and reconfirm in the bar counter about the price . The manager lady say they don’t have happy hour and reprimand her other colleagues.  She just mentioned that one is new staff but I  the information that I get upon my check in the reception is the same with the other staff who mention that the happy hour is until 8pm. Anyway all the service is good  except for the incident . Hope you can speak to the staff about the outlet information and be honest in charging credit card. We will defenitely come back in the future but please hope you can train the staff properly because your property is really nice and can attract more customers.

I had a one-night stay at Momentus Hotel to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The room was ready upon check-in and beautifully set up with a towel arranged like a birthday cake. Overall, the stay was excellent, and my friend was thrilled with the arrangements and the surprise. Fiona, the receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth with a clear introduction and a warm smile. I will definitely return!

Truly appreciate the thoughtfulness! Breakfast was also great with good varieties. We had an enjoyable stay there!!
