The walkway to the train station is fully shaded, which is very convenient. There’s also a convenience store just a few steps away. I really like the location—it’s only a 10-minute walk to Bugis Street, where you can find plenty of food options. We stayed in a triple room for three people. The space was sufficient, but when opening our luggage, the others had to sit on the bed to make room. The only downside was the hotel lobby sofa—it looked quite old and had visible water stains. Other than that, the stay was great. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, easy access to train station and busses. Has a mini park and a wide space where you can also have a walk or even jogging. It's just that the room space is not big. For us who booked the triple room, space is just enough where you can stand or walk. I should have booked two rooms. I recommend this hotel because of its accessibility to transportation. JUST a walking distance also to Little India

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Singapore. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. There is Gym, Swimming Pool and self service laundry. Some might find the room a bit small, but considering how expensive accommodations can be in Singapore, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and super convenient place to stay, this is a good choice. This will be my 1st choice when I travel to Spore again. Keep it up the good work & maintain the cleaness.

The hotel is literally just above the Lavender MRT station, so making the travel to the city centre and Changi airport easy. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room is a bit small, but still ok. The facilities were not as clean as I would have expected when I arrived at the room. Overall a nice stay.

I was impressed by the cordiality and helpfulness of your staff. Every interaction was pleasant, and your team truly made me feel welcome, although I was checked in in the middle of the night. I was also very appreciative of the room upgrade. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. Furthermore, I would like to thank you for accommodating my requests for a high floor and a quiet zone. I truly enjoyed the peacefulness and the view. My experience at Hotel 81 Premiere Princess was so positive that I was actually quite surprised to see a 2-star rating on the online travel agency profile where I booked. Based on the quality of service, the room itself, and the attentiveness of your staff, my personal feeling is that the hotel offers an experience closer to a 4-star standard. Thank you once again for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay in Singapore. My friends and I are frequent travelers, whereby we often choose and review hotels together for vacations. I invited them to visit during my time staying at the hotel, and they have approved that they will definitely choose this hotel as their utmost preference on their next vacation to Singapore. I, personally, would certainly choose to stay at Hotel 81 Premiere Princess again in the future and would happily recommend it to others.

Excellent start at the beginning as the front desk manager Aida was very helpful and very supportive , she also provided so much information on the transportation and logistics around, 设施：good enough 卫生：very clean 环境：convenient 服务：the front desk girls and boys are nice and helpful, especially Aida, smiling and enjoying her work with clients

Helpful Staffs, room was clean and tidy. No free bottle water provided but the room does come with a portable water filter machine which u can get room temp/warm water. Very strategic location, literally just next to the mrt station exit. There is a 7-11 nearby about couple minutes walking distance so no worries if wanna grab some snacks in middle of the night. Definitely will stay again if visit sg again.

Size of the room is justified for the price in Singapore. Hassle free check in and out. Basic necessities and drinking water available in the room. My guest is happy with the stay. Friendly staffs also. Highly recommended if u are on budget. Forgot to take the interior so can take pic of building only.

Courteous and accomodative of all staff . Rooms may be slightly small but very clean with basics that satisfy my stay. Location is a plus with good acessibility to foodstalls around, bus stop to further interest attractions, malls, hawker foid, and shopping ..all within close to proximity fistances of 7 to 12 minutes. Its my favorite stay experience here when im in Singapore visit. Would be back the next.

Location: right in the center of the colourful & vibrant scene of Joo Chiat Road in Katong District - a residential conservation area with a wonderful fusion of modern day houses & UNESCO heritage charming nyonya architecture. Room: it’s clean and orderly as advertised. It does serve you the essential needs of brushing your teeth, shower & toilet. Bed was decently comfy but just that the bed was a bit shorter than my height despite claiming as queen sized. No roaches, good water pressure for shower, clean drinking water from tap. Lobby: there are 2 macintosh computers for browsing. There are 2 books in the trendy looking quiet lobby (1 was a good read for me). Staff are attentive and helpful. The jewel is the hotel’s JooChiat st location. I’d stay here again if visiting Singapore. I loved the coffee and bread at Olsen bakery next door too the barista was uniquely polite and friendly, all stars.
