A good hotel , great location as the metro station just 100 m from the hotel gate. Many options for food ,groceries For those who are Muslim can stay there as there is a small mosque 🕌 around. It was a good experience to be in little India street.

Positives: the breakfast was a wide variety, and the food was very yummy. The pool was big and clean. The room was also very tidy and neat, and they let us have a late check out at 2pm. The service is also great. Kids also eat for free. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and the MRT station is just a short walk away :) Negatives: the evening cocktail at the Executive Lounge was not that nice and the hotel was kinda old. The hotel also did not allow us to check in slightly earlier :(

I would like to give a shout out to the banquet staffs manning the B1 meeting and function rooms - Anand, Baharom and Rashid. Notwithstanding are the other staffs who help with the cleaning and miscellaneous matters. I regularly conducts workshops there. On the mornings that I arrive at the hotel, without fail, I will be greeted by their warm greetings - as in I can feel the genuine warmth in our interactions. One can't help but feel not just welcomed, but as if one belongs. Whenever I need assistance - be it for extra materials or the projector is not working well enough or my participants have a special request; anything - these staffs NEVER SAY NO. They will try their best to accommodate and will always come up with an alternative if the need be. I was never disappointed. Above all, they NEVER make you feel like you are asking for too much, or that you are inconveniencing them. There will always be smiles and the ”I will see to it that this will be sorted” vibe. The sincerity and consistency are omnipresent. Your hotel is a 4-star property, yet other 5-star hotels need to take a cue from these staffs. I have been to many other hotels, and none can compare to the hospitality I get from your staffs. I also know this does not happen just because I've become a regular face there, as I remember back in 2015, I when I first received the same kind of hospitality from them. Thank you!
