The hotel boasts a prime downtown location, with many nearby attractions within walking distance. While the service was acceptable, the facilities are quite dated, and cleanliness was only average. However, I was pleased with how quickly they resolved any issues that arose. Mandarin-speaking staff are available, and they also provide wheelchair assistance, which is very helpful for elderly guests with mobility challenges. The chili crab at the hotel's dinner buffet was excellent, and the breakfast selection was also very extensive.
