The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. The stay was so comfortable that my family member, who has insomnis, slept very well. The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly and they lent us a cat towel, feeding bowls and even gave us a surprise gift. The housekeeping was regular and they did a great job. Highly recommended to all, especially those with pets.👍👍👍

It was a nice 4 nights stay. The location was good, the staffs were really accommodating and helpful. All the request were thoroughly handled well. I just hope that after staying for 4 nights there might be a discount? Or lesser price to extend another day. Paying for the price you must give a little bit more service like asking if we need to change towels, asking for coffee refills, maybe extra sugar or milk to use for the coffee and tea? Some basic condiments if you would like to cook. Or maybe some entertainment like netflix would be great. Also it would be great if there is a directory for the phone.

Stayed for one night only but we were surprised that there was everything included inside the room like microwave and kitchenette, a bigger fridge compared to other hotels and most importantly there was a bidet! room was big even had a small table with a chair and another seat for 2. location wise isn’t too bad there’s buses and mrt stations nearby.

Lyf Ferrer Park is located above the MRT which makes moving anywhere in Singapore super convenient. Upon entering the hotel, the large opening with hugh spaces is shockingly amazing. The reception area is well maintained and the front-line staff are friendly and helpful making my stay at Lyf FP a memorable stay. A 24-hours restaurant is just across which is visible from my room (see attached photo) with good spread of food choices. While staying Lyf Ferrer Park from 21 - 23 May, I would like to express my appreciation to RAZDEE for his professionalism and patient in helping me to cancel a duplicated reservation. Razdee is well versed with on-line booking hence he guided and explained to me step by step, the methods of making such reservation to ensure no complications later. In today’s busy life style, it is hard to find such employee showing care and concern for their guests. I fully enjoyed my stay at Lyf Ferrer Park feeling secured and confidence knowing that such excellent services will be extended when needed.

First Time Staying in a Serviced Apartment – A Pleasant Surprise! This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and I was genuinely surprised by how it compared to a traditional hotel room. The space was larger than expected, and the setup felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even able to get an early check-in, which was a great plus. The apartment was clean and cozy, consisting of a living room connected to a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, featuring a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher, a sink with cleaning supplies, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser, and a full set of kitchenware—including knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, plates, and bowls. There were so many amenities that I didn’t even get to use them all! The bathroom was equally well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the rain shower—I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to step out. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed and plush pillows. I fell asleep almost instantly. Another great feature was that the TVs supported AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to stream content regardless of my phone’s operating system. For breakfast, I dined at Kith Café on both mornings. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the spread was different each day. If you’d like eggs, just ask the staff about the ”eggs of the day.” Overall, my two-night stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was well worth the price, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Amazing stay although it was just 1 night. Will definitely do it again! Same as the other reviews, the floor was a little bit sticky. Maybe should mop it thoroughly. I also feel that amenities is 4/5 stars as they mentioned that there’s both microwave oven and oven but there’s only microwave oven. Another thing is there isn’t any bidets in the toilets 😢

New and modern looking hotel. Well designed and comfortable room. TV is large and comes with Chromecast. Well located near the train station and Star Vista mall, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city area. Makes for a nice tranquil stay.

My very first time booking this hotel for birthday treat. They upgraded my room and it’s really huge! Having cake tower deco with chocolate, King bed size, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine, utensils, water dispenser and coffee capsule maker. Must book once in a life time laahh!

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel. 【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it. 【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!! I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again. But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. They will bring lfy Bugis only bad influence! 我是买了KLOOK客路的Lady Gaga的套票选了一晚这个酒店，另外再在这个酒店订了一晚。 【服务】员工很好，虽然是两个订单，也给我安排了一个房间。很感谢他。 【诡计】Lady Gaga的演唱会票开售的时候，酒店放假对比平时的周末翻了一倍，800到1600，还不能退单，不含早！！但是，后来房费就回到了平时的价格，允许退，还含早！我这里真的很感谢携程，他们承担了差额给我退了我多付的房费。我是携程的忠诚粉丝！ 我都有理由怀疑酒店管理层是不是在跟套票的客人玩套路，那些买了KLOOK套票的人会有一个错觉他们没有赚很多，但其实如果按平时价格算，KLOOK的利润高达40%。好奸诈！ 我对我两晚的居住是满意的，如果我还有记住去新加坡，我也会选择这个酒店。 但我个人建议不要跟KLOOK这种流氓平台合作，只会给贵店带来负面影响。

The hotel is not new, but come with rather good room condition. It is near to Havelock mrt and many buses to other location in Singapore. Quiet place with good food choices nearby. I have to highlight the Chinese cleaner (young lady) was very friendly. It was really great to get some help from her on my first day of arrival. Such a kind person!
