Check in was fast and smooth. Great hospitality from the front desk and gotten a complimentary upgrade to premier room.
Carpark is easily accessible from basement directly to room.
Room is clean and all basic amenities are included. Highly recommended for business travelers/short transit travelers who wanted quiet environment.

i had to making a room on friday night but it was just past 1am. so i went trip.com to book a room cos i was arriving after midnight and is 3 May areas. The hotel didn’t have rooms available so o had to wasted by booking because of “checking in after midnight which is 3rd check in in . arriving on post midnight which is the 3pm to noon check out
Is there any way to get a rice for the booking i don’t go for in the end.
