I recently stayed at the Plum Hotel in Ansan City, South Korea, and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. My only minor complaint was that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Plum Hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Very good~ I went on a business trip and stayed one night. It was well soundproofed, so it was cozy and quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. It was even better because there were many restaurants around. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient.. the staff is enthusiastic and attentive.. the toilet is clean.. the equipment is complete.. i am very satisfied and will come back on the next vacation

酒店位置很好，周邊吃飯的地方很多比較熱鬧，離地鐵站也不遠，設施齊全，衞生狀況良好，性價比比較高。衹是一點小插曲影響了整體入住體驗，本是我提前預訂好的房間，到現場辦理入住前台跟我説滿房了，耽擱了很久的時間不説，前台態度還很惡劣。還好攜程官方客服出面後台遠程協調解決，一波三折的體驗很影響心情。

設施：齊全。 衞生：乾淨。 環境：優雅。 服務：到位。
