Sigiriya village was an exceptional stay! From the moment that we arrived we were taken care of with great service and friendliness! The surroundings are so beautiful with lush green trees, monkeys and other animals. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The best part was the amazing buffet dinner! Amazing selection with superb quality food! Sigiriya Village is well located and you can see the rock from the swimming pool area. Definitely recommend staying here!

It’s good if you want to experience living in a forest area. It’s very near some quaint little cafes outside the hotel facing the lion rock fortress aka sigiriya rock. If you are looking for 5 star hotel , it is not. It’s good for the locality, clean Very peaceful and pleasant place.

We had a nice stay. The surroundings are green and quiet. Service was ok but not outstanding.

Great location, the hotel is a bit old, but the views of Lion's Rock from the pool make up for it.

Oh, not bad ~ the whole hotel is a townhouse

The hotel is very close to Lion Rock. You can see Lion Rock from the swimming pool, and the entire hotel is spread among towering woods with towering ancient trees. The environment is comfortable. There is a pool outside the door of each room, which is also a feature, but there are mosquitoes🦟. The food in the hotel is, well, edible. If possible, it is recommended to eat at the restaurant street 500 meters away. There are many excellent choices. Service, if the tip is big enough. Here, the front desk staff is very aggressive in not giving change. Although this number is not a big deal for tourists, I feel very different when I tip and when my change is deducted. Maybe because skin color is less popular. Because this is a Western world? have no idea.

This hotel is right next to Hotel Sigiriya. The garden is larger, but the rooms and facilities are very old and not as good as Hotel Sigiriya. There are no quilts and only a thin layer of sheets. The power went out several times at night. The price is even more expensive. I really don’t recommend it. ~

The flight schedule changed, so I sent an email the day before to request a refund and change, but it was returned as the email did not exist. I called internationally twice and sent an email and WhatsApp, but there was no response. In the end, I arrived a day late and only stayed for one night out of two reservations, and the room was different from the picture... I was so disappointed. Anyway, since I only had breakfast for one person, they didn't let me sit in the view seat... and said I had to sit in a group. The next day, I stayed at Amara Forest Hotel, and the service was comparable. It seems like everyone chooses this hotel just because of its location.

Although the facilities are a bit old, it is acceptable and does not affect the room. The room is quite large and very close to Lion Rock. The breakfast is not bad. There is no quilt, but a sheet is used as a quilt.

The breakfast is not suitable for Indian taste.

The hotel is very big. It feels like you are in a forest. The environment is super beautiful. If you come again, you must stay at this hotel next time.

Stayed 2 nights. I am very satisfied. It was worth more than the price. Everything was healed by making full of nature. There was a problem when I checked in, but the call center of this app and the local front desk were able to handle it properly. I would like to visit again.
