Must be a great hotel at its prime. It showed its age.
Most disappointing was the lack of basic good services. the booking was for a double beds room. There was no room with double beds so another room was offered at checking initially free of charge but after another about an hour I received a call in the room and was told i had to pay for 2 rooms. After further discussion the management offered to add another bed but had to wait for another hour which would be passed 10 PM night. Passing my sleep time! because there was no staff to check the booking and got the room ready, then because there was only receptionist available and had to bring extra staff back to add bed! Online booking still showed room double bed available after 10:30 PM. There were unoccupied rooms. Just cost them extra for electricity and changes of towels and sheets. Rather losing the good wills and got a poor review.

The room was very bad and small. The air conditioner on my head made me catch a cold. The bathroom was leaking. We were told that we didn't have any breakfast that we had booked. The room costing over 700 was too bad. I had to change it after staying one night. This room was worth at most over 200. I was extremely disappointed.

This hotel is really rubbish. One of my friends didn't bring his passport, and they even teamed up with the local police station to blackmail Chinese people. It's terrible. Don't go to this hotel. It's unreasonable to rip you off, and there is no place to seek redress.

The facilities and equipment are average, and it doesn't appear to be a five-star standard, but the sanitary conditions and service attitude are very good. It's okay, and I'll give it some praise.

When we booked this we were never told the pool was under construction. One of the only reasons we booked was because of the pool since we have small children. We should have been informed of this information! Of course they still charged use full price and we can’t cancel it. It’s to bad because our room is very nice.

This review has to be tempered with the fact that Cambodia has been hit hard by Covid and still in recovery. There are a huge amount of hotels which are empty. The hotel had no idea we were arriving but there had mix up with the booking which Secret Escapes sorted out. We were the only guests for 5 nights but the hotel didn’t appear to be geared up for guests. We think the manager turned up one day but he didn’t come to talk to us. We found that there were a limited choice of food (breakfast, one lunch and one dinner included as part of the Secret Escapes package) but there was quite a lot which wasn’t available and so you got what you got! The hotel pool area was tired and hasn’t really been maintained, probably due to Covid. On a positive, the bed was very comfortable and large, the room clean and downstairs looked lovely. We couldn’t fault the lovely young staff and they worked really hard but we felt there was no management present.

This hotel is a 3 🌟 hotel, the room it was ok and the staff was very friendly, but again it is not a 5 star hotel. Hope that they will improve some things there. And be aware that it is another hotel with the some name that appears when you serch for this hotel, the difference is that this one is Nita by Vo luxury and the other one is Nita by Vo resort.

As a first time traveler to Siem Reap, Cambodia, I had an excellent time at this hotel. They offered airport pick up and drop off and provided customized customer service. For instance, Chan went out of his way multiple times to ensure l had a great experience. I told him about my interest in their spa services and he was able to book someone for me within a few hours when back from my tour as an example. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Also, close to the Angkor Wat temple.

We arrived on Sep. 20th and took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was only 15 Minutes away. The new airport will open in October and is about 60 km away and it will take 1 to 1 1/2 hours The hotel is half the way between the city and Angkor Wat. The Tuk-Tuk ride to the city takes about 5 minutes and cost 2 $. In the evening on the way back it‘s 3 $. Walking takes about 45 minutes to Pub st. There was a very warm welcoming by Mr. Chan, the current manager of the hotel. Our room was huge with a Kingsize bed, fridge, the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separat shower and separat toilet, storage space and a small balcony where you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The hotel has got a breakfast room, a rooftop pool on the 5th floor which was closed as we‘ve been the only guests in the hotel. The staff were brillant very friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot for that great experience. We definitely would recommend this hotel. Please support all people of Siem Reap as they have a hard time and a lack of tourists everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique and locally owned hotel. The staff are amazing and really go above and beyond to cater for your every whim. The little rooftop pool is fab snd the rooms are huge and perfectly appointed. They also helped us arrange scooter hire at half the advertised rates and were full of tips and recommendations for all things local. All in all; highly recommended 🙏🏻🥰

We had a great trip and a perfect stay at Nita by Vo. We went during the slow season, wenn tourism is low. Yet the hotel was fully staffed and the staff was there for us 24/7 and always friendly and accomodating. Although it was extremely hot outside, the hotel and the room were perfectly air conditioned. The room was huge and we especially loved the pool on the roof. The killing fields and the botanical garden are just around the corner. The trip to Angkor Wat took just a few minutes. And whenever we wanted to explore, a Tuktuk was called for us in seconds. The trip to the city by Tuktuk took about 5 minutes, and the diver (Pen!) would pick us up later whenever we asked. Thanks to Chan and the whole team, we will definitely come back.

The hotel is out of the centre of Sirm Reap on the way to the temples. This is a real plus. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the women who looked after us for meal times. The pool area was great. The aircon was a bit noisy. Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared. Thank you

Stayed at Nita by VO for 3 nights and it was pleasant. Slept comfortably. Bedroom and bathroom is clean and so is the hotel compound. Staff are always smiling, welcoming and attentive and helped with the internet connection and bedroom door issue promptly. I highly recommend this accommodation. Peaceful and safe at night. Located about 5 minutes tuktuk ride from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street and nearer to Angkor Wat l.

We spent a week at Nita By Vo, during our first visit to Cambodia - it definitely won’t be the last. It is a smaller hotel, but this ensured a level of personal service that we haven’t encountered elsewhere. It gave us the chance to get to to know the staff and without exception they were excellent - always ready with a smile and welcome. We were met at the airport by the friendly and efficient Mr Chan. . He and the reception team were full of advice and ideas on what to do during our stay, helping us to make arrangements. They arranged an excellent tuk tuk driver ( Mr Sophen) who provided transport for us throughout the week. He provided clear directions on where he would pick us up during our visits to the various temples and sites was always ready with chilled water or a beer during breaks in our exploring. The hotel’s location was perfect for us. It is in a quieter area - away from the madness of Pub Street, but close to the temples at Angkor. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Tuk tuks are cheap and plentiful, so it was very easy to get around. The roof top swimming pool is lovely and a great place to relax at the end of a long day. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Internet is excellent. Many staff members are learning English, so occasionally things were lost in translation - but it was never an issue - there was always someone around with whom we could communicate. We always gauge a hotel on whether we would return and in this case we would definitely do so. By the end of our stay the staff here felt more like friends - we were sad to leave! We have travelled extensively, but the kindness and hospitality we encountered here really stands out. We are now staying in a large corporate hotel in Bangkok, but unlike Nita By Vo, it has no soul. We already miss our base in Siem Reap and its wonderful staff.
