This hotel has a perfect location, being just a quick walk from the pub street. The hotel was very neat and clean, with adequate towels, hot water (for shower), and room amenities. The hotel had an excellent breakfast (which i would recommend to include in your booking). Siem Reap has an amazing nightlife, and staying at this hotel will greatly simplify your party experience. It is located walking distance from the pub street as well as numerous other bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a well stocked market for all your clothing, souvenir, and memorabilia needs.

Nice place, good size rooms, slightly tired in places. Breakfast is average with no decent coffee and a small selection of fruit. No gym on the property which is disappointing.

Stayed here for two nights, traveling to important places, museums, royal residences, old market, and pub street, very convenient. The staff are lovely, polite, can contact hotel transfers and cars to take you around, very convenient, not expensive, delicious food.

The environment is very nice and the service is very friendly.

房間裏面挺好的，挺寬敞。衞生間是分離式設計，方便。窗户看不到什麼遠處風景，游泳池在一樓户外。最有意思的是，酒店大廳的地板走起來會有很大的摩擦聲。這樣無論誰經過，都會讓人注意到呢哈哈哈。早飯很豐富，啥都有。離老市場很近，還是比較推薦入住的~

Excellent location to old town , loved our large rooms , friendly staf and we had a taxi driver who was AMAZING !! Please request PANN PON . We was our driver for the tours ,very in imformative on temples and history knew of best places to park n walk and had cold water and towels aftr every walk . The best guy !! Temples will take your breath away !

This is an excellent base to explore Siem Riep. We could walk everywhere within town. There is a desk inside the hotel that can arrange visiting Angor Wat. Our room was clean and spacious with A/C. The hotel buffet breakfast was generous and freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and spoke english very well. We wouldn't hesitate returning to this beautiful hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful speak great English and know there guest even though it is a big hotel I enjoyed there 2 great pools so refreshing after a hot day with plenty of clean pool towels The rooftop bar is so inviting I tried there piza and it was freshly made with lots of topping The rooms are large and spotlessly clean with great air con all hallways are brightly lit and super clean when you walk around the staff automatically greet you I am so happy I will stay again in February

This hotel has a lot going for it but misses the mark of a 4 star hotel . First impressions friendly staff medium sized hotel with a spacious reception area with simple area related decor and very very clean . The over all feel however is a bit dated A cold towel and welcome orange juice was a nice touch and check in did not take long at all . Our room on the 5 th floor is accessible by elevator to the 4 th then 2 flights of stairs ( wide and made of a beautiful dark wood ) Staff did help with luggage although they took my boyfriends bags and left me the lady with all 3 of mine lol. The room is a great size with double windows wooden floors and a small bathroom ( bath tub with shower ) a good sized bed ( very hard ) a vanity desk stocked fridge ( extra cost ) small safe kettle and free teabags instant coffee and 2 bottles of water a day and a small wall mounted TV ( with some English language stations) if there was a hairdryer I never saw it The noise from the local night life ( pub street is not too far away ) went on after midnight every night of our 3 night stay and Saturday evening as I write this its very very loud even thru closed shears and curtains it sounds like it’s right outside - not ideal when you have early starts to see sunrise over temples etc. What I can hear now is absolutely terrible karaoke lol although earlier it was rather good live music it’s still not ideal to be listening to this late like you are practicaly in the bar ! There was never any noise from other guests however The air con worked but we were unable to alter it so we got cold at night the staff did say if we needed help just let them know so that’s on us we just did not take the time to make the call They offer a 1 day laundry service but we did not need it. They advised money exchange but when I asked about changing 100e into US dollars ( you can use them here ) I was told all they had was 100$ bills and it was a straight swap 100e for 100$ ( it should have been more like 110.62 without a fee) and honestly I wanted cash for small purchases in the markets they are not going to be able to change a 100 dollar bill so there was no point. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment ( I am a bit of a picky eater however) there are several options but the choice is a bit limited although they do seem to try For instance 2 types of cerial 1 type of cheese 1 type of sliced meat 1 type of milk 2 juices only full fat cows milk no decaf coffee no pastry’s 2 types of sliced fruit only thick white bread for toast no brown no sweetener only sugar ( most 4 star hotels offer more than this is my point) You can get eggs made to order ( you can add meat cheese onion peppers but the meat was mixed in with the toppings after a few omelets were made and a vegetarian lady was put off by that ) and there was chicken sausage ( under cooked to my taste) and baked beans The home made yogurt ( only plane) tastes nothing like yogurt and although at the beginning of breakfast it’s

Please don't stay here. The beds were small and so hard, the air conditioning hardly works, the breakfast was poor quality and at 830 hardly any food left. The food area was dirty. The only thing good about the hotel is the location. Yes it looks decent from the outside but you can do better after a long journey we got a room where the air con didn't work and the TV was broke . Reluctantly we were moved to a new room. Our stay is non refundable otherwise I would leave.

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Crown Hotel in Krong Siem. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The wifi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar that serve lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the food and the service there. The hotel is close to many attractions and restaurants. I visited many famus temples. I also tried some local cuisine at the which was recommended by the concierge. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krong Siem. It is a great value for money and offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
