We have immediately launched an investigation and dealt with the problem of hair on the bath towels in the room and the lights not being turned on in the lobby during the day. Regarding the problem of hair on the bath towels, this seriously violates the hygiene standards of our hotel. We have criticized and educated the housekeeping staff on duty, and re-strengthened the training of all cleaning staff on the hygiene process and detail control, requiring each bath towel to be strictly cleaned, disinfected and carefully inspected to prevent such a situation from happening again. The lights in the lobby were not turned on during the day, which affected your visual experience, and we feel deeply guilty. After investigation, it was found that there was a deviation in the lighting system settings on that day. At present, we have carried out a comprehensive overhaul and calibration of the entire lighting system to ensure that the lights in various scenes can be lit normally and on time, creating a bright and comfortable environment for every guest.
