It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, the only downside is that there is major construction going on at the entrance, therefore it affects the pick up and drop off every time we go out and come back . otherwise the staff are friendly, room is clean.

The temperature of the hot water just doesn't right for the bathtub if you want to soak inside. The mattress was also not in a good condition. The middle of it was bend when you lay on. But the service was very nice and everyone was very friendly and kind.

Silence and clam to relax.

Good hotel for bussiness and a good trip

Stayed one night, solo traveller Second time at this hotel, got a different room, which was just as tastefully decorated.

I stayed for one night, booked a room with a balcony, but when checking in they gave me a room not only without a balcony, but with a window into the wall, after an hour of clarifying the situation, the manager on the phone offered to move to another hotel from them, which naturally did not correspond to what I booked, allegedly there were no more free rooms. But after 15 minutes, as a result, they provided the room that I booked!!! The situation is extremely unpleasant, when they lie to your face that there are allegedly no free rooms, if not for this situation, then in general the hotel is not bad

For the 4th night we changed rooms from the superior room to the suite. The room was much more beautiful and spacious with its small balcony but overlooking the street and the swimming pool. The night was much noisier than the 3 previous nights spent in a room overlooking the back. The services are good but also a little refreshment would be welcome (also out of order electrical outlet, used EC lid). This remains a good address but we definitely recommend rooms facing the back rather than the swimming pool even if life is less pleasant.

I never thought I could stay in that room for just over 5,000 yen. It was very good. The staff was friendly and it was a hotel that I would want to stay at again. (The shower temperature was about 35 degrees, so if the water was about 40 degrees, it would have been a 5!)

The best thing is that it is very close to the departure and arrival station of the giant ibis transport bus, almost within walking distance. The hotel service is good but the facilities and comfort need to be improved.

We had a huge room with a huge bed, a balcony and a bathroom in the middle. The shower is the size of a room! Great room for two! There is a huge grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. European breakfast for $8 per person.
