Nice place to stay - gives good value - especially with the triple room for our family. It's not perfect - but solid option for a reasonable price & efficient facilities. Bed linen is somewhat oldish, facilities are not new, but everything is kept in a good manner, staff is trained well & have a positive vibe, cozy pool zone. Location is efficient for reach to main attractions but not walkable in any way. So hidden boutique hotel that solves the task.

People at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The room service is great, and 24 hour reception service. Persons like Vichet make this place an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the hotel.

The place was exactly what’s stated in the photos. Very hospitable and accommodating staff, good service as well. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast buffet as there’s only few guest but they provided us with a good a la carte meal instead and choices of pastries and fruits. They can also provide you a personal tuktuk driver to roam around safely in the city in a reasonable price. Highly recommended. This is Mr. Paul in the photo sending us off.

Overall, the room was good. This hotel can be recommended for check-in and stay. Nice and large balcony equipped with chair and table. Pool is clean. The choice of food for breakfast is small, but everything that was offered was tasty. The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. Next to the bed there were sockets for all types of plugs: European, Chinese, etc. The bathroom was clean. People at the reception are very kind and helpful. Of the minuses, we can note strong and frequent temperature fluctuations in the shower, which creates discomfort when washing. When checking in, we did not have slippers and hand soap in the room. But at the reception, these items were quickly given to us. Unfortunately, there was no soap stand near the sink. Shower gel and shampoo are in very cute jugs, but unfortunately this leads to overspending, as well as the fear of dropping, breaking and spilling everything. After cleaning, the shower gel was not added, although there was very little of it left. The bathtub located in the room turned out to be dusty. The hotel is located in a remote area, so there is no good road to the hotel. There is nothing interesting or entertaining near the hotel. But maybe this is all temporary.

Thank you to Mr. Paul and Ms. Lina for your dedicated service. It's a little far from the center, but you can easily find a tuk-tuk with Grab. It's also about 30 minutes on foot. It would be nice if there was soap at the sink.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and on our last day we had to leave the hotel at 6:00, so we had given up on breakfast, but they suddenly made us an omelette, which we were impressed with. The location is a few kilometers from the city, so you don't get to walk around the hotel. The pool is about 20 meters long, so we had a good swim. We stayed for two nights, but there was no hot water. We complained on the second morning, and they said they would fix it, but they didn't. Well, it was hot, so we didn't have any problems with the cold shower, so we didn't complain too much. The hotel's lunch was delicious, but a little pricey. The airport shuttle was very expensive. We recommend arranging this elsewhere. I've written about a few drawbacks, but overall it's very good value for money, and I would be happy to pay twice the price. I recommend it.

The service is very good in all aspects, the environment is comfortable and the price is reasonable. It is very close to Pub Street and can be reached by tuk-tuk in 10 minutes for US$1.50.

The location is a bit remote, it is not recommended for single girls to go there, there are no dining options around, the breakfast is average, which may be the reason for the low price

Nice swimming pool, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Location a little out of the way (but easy to take a tuk tuk to get to the center).
