No doubts one of the best stays ever! Starting from the seamless communication before, through the checking in process, during the stay, and check out - everything was perfect. O really enjoyed the privacy of the villa, swimming pool and modern architecture. The hotel also organised a tour guide - Tom. Really passionate and knowledgeable man. I strongly recommend Waka Villa.

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

The manager was Japanese and provided detailed support, so even though it was my first time in Siem Reap, I was able to sightsee with peace of mind. The hotel also provided great hospitality, and my stay was more than worth the price! I was also very satisfied with the food and spa.

It was better than I thought, just like the picture, and there were no mosquitoes. There is an electric mosquito repellent so it dies as soon as it comes in. It's clean. However, the distance is a bit remote. I'm taking a good rest

Thanks to Waka villa for bringing us good memories. Everything from airport pick-up to Angkor tour guide was arranged in an orderly manner. Next time I come to Siem Reap, I will choose this place again.

We were greeted at the airport with cool towels and a basket of cold drinks in the van for the hour long ride to the villa. All the staff were exceptional and always remembered our names. The private villa was huge, clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. It was such a treat to be able to have all our meals in our room …and service was surprisingly fast. The Sea Bass was so good that we ordered it multiple times. Having real plants in and around the villa added to the feeling of serenity and peace. Be sure to get a massage or two but book them as soon as you can since even though the hotel was not full we were not able to get a massage every day. But the 2 we did get were fantastic! As empty nesters looking for peace and tranquillity we appreciated the fact that it is an adults only resort.

Most amazing staff service and quality of everything We have stayed all over the world in five star accommodation this ranks well up there maybe the top even , nothing is too much trouble you feel like part of the family so much so my wife had a few tears when we left as everyone was so lovely Can’t fault if you go to Siem riep STAY AT WAKA VILLA you will not regret it xx

One of the hardest missions that we had after our vacation was to find words that, at least, could describe a little bit how unbelievable was our stay at Waka Villa Resorts. So, let’s at least try to do it. First, the room: we paid for a Private Villa with Pool using the promotions of the hotel website, which include transfers, massage for the couple, free mini-bar, free laundry service, breakfast and some others benefits. When we arrived, at night, on the hotel, after a very harmful reception with drinks, we were informed that we got a free upgrade, to the Deluxe Villa with Pool. What a incredible villa: large, with a real big swimming pool, with a beautiful and very impressive designed bathroom and rooms. The difference from the original one booked it seems just the size of the leaving room. It must be said the small details in the room: they offer a water filter in the leaving room in way that you can refill your bottles all day long, all the furniture is new and comfortable, the bed is amazing and gorgeous, the shower is almost a spa and the air conditioner is silent and works really well. By the way, in the room they also offer, complimentary, smelly insect repellent to be taken. About the staff: wow!!! What a attention! Seam was someone who tried to make us fell the most important people in the world (thank you so much!); all the others were, every day and every time very friendly, attention and really tried to make our vacation a dream (and they did it!). The manager, Masao Okabe is an incredible gentleman, looking for not just the guests but also for the locals, in a way that he made the unforgettable experience even more pleasant and special (thank you so much!). Food: great and delicious. The breakfast is from the begging of the morning and last for hours (once per day)… and when we left the hotel really early, they were so kindness with us in providing some surprise snacks to take away and, when we came back around 11am, the breakfast was served. After staying in so many luxury hotels around the world, Waka Villa Resort team and the hotel structure really showed a distinct and hi level of luxury, attention, taking care, food and kindness that we will never forget… and, for sure, one day come back to live this dream again.

I came to WAKA Villa as a last-minute choice after my original hotel was canceled due to renovations, and from the moment I stepped in, I knew I had found something special. We were warmly welcomed by Seam, who was incredibly professional and friendly. Every staff member we encountered was just as kind and accommodating. The design and decor of the hotel are tasteful and elegant, and the facilities are impeccable. A great hotel is one where every detail is thoughtfully considered, and WAKA Villa delivers that in spades – it’s truly comfortable, not just a pretty facade. (A special shoutout to the bathroom, which was simply perfect – from the Japanese-style toilet to the high-quality bath products with a sophisticated scent.) Every aspect was flawless. I cannot praise the service enough. I only stayed for one night, but that one day became a highlight of my entire trip. When I return to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay longer, and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. If you’re considering a place like this, you won’t regret choosing WAKA Villa.

We had a fantastic time from the moment Seam collected us from the airport with refreshments until we left. The villas are very tasteful and luxurious with a fantastic bathroom and very comfortable bed. The highlight was that the Waka Team took us on a trip on motor bikes to the floating houses, through the rice fields and via the Angkor Wat temples. But also the guided tours to Angkor Wat and the visit to local market to try the local delicatessens were not to be missed.

Waka village and its staff are amazing!! The resort is wonderful, all the services included, our own private pool, spacious rooms and saloon… But, the best thing is the hospitality of the staff 💙 They have helped us with any details or question to enjoy our stay in Siem Reap. Additionally, the manager Seam has shown us the countryside, local food, habits,… to love much more this country. Thank you very much!
