Good : Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food. Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room. Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

Location at town area and easy to go surrounding places like central market, shopping mall, night market and food court, but room is normal and budget.

The hotel's location is very strategic since it is located in the heart of Sibu. I'm also satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided in the room, also the rate is very affordable. However, the major drawbacks of the room where I stayed was its design. There's a wall located right in front of the main door, and it separates the bed and bathroom area. The aircond was improperly put above this wall against the bed (instead of facing it). Other than that, it was great.

The bathroom is made of glass including the bathroom door and no privacy especially when you're travelling for business trip with your colleagues. They should've stated abt this in their description. Cleaniness of the room is bad also and the room smells like its moldy too.

i didn't manage to stay in this hotel last time because of emergency going bavk to Bintulu. i try to refund but the company doesn't want to refund me. next time you should fo a policy for customer to refund their money if they change their mind and doesn't stay. for a better future. thank you.

Traveling and eating are very convenient. The environment is good, the decoration is good and new, the bed is very comfortable, and I gave a food and play recommendation map when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very warm and polite.
