Few things werent that perfect, many ppl hv the same problem to use the room card to take elevator to their level! It’s happened to me twice in 3-night stay, every time when ur card doesnt work, u hv to go back to the front desk, get a looooooong line again to change a new card! Then u can get to ur floor then get in to ur room🤪
When i just checked in,front desk asked me if i need to clean the room, i said YES,but finally they didnt come to clean the room, told to the cleaners, they said u hv to go to front desk to tell them again🤪,then i needed to get a looooong line to wait again!
3rd one is the worse one,
When i just checked in,fromt desk told me the room i booked online doesnt include mini fridge,if i wanna enjoy the trip more, i can upgrade the room to be bigger a big n it has mini fridge! She said only $19 for upgrading to that room! I was thinking about it, finally i didn’t update! But u know what… when i finally finished check in n got in to my room! I saw a mini fridge inside the room🤪

I haven’t stayed in the Linq for quite some time so I figured I give it a shot.
Big mistake…
When I checked in the safe was locked so I asked the front desk to send someone to open it.
Took three phone calls by the time someone came who did not have the tools needed.
I was told someone was coming later to get it done…
It was past 1am so I had to call it a night.
Next morning called again, this time it took two attempts to finally get it done.
I had late night meetings so I asked for a late checkout, I was hoping for noon instead of 11am but was flat out refused.
I’m spending approximately four and a half months out of a year in hotels - yes, I travel a lot for business - and don’t have to use it often but here and there I ask for a late checkout.
Never been refused yet until now in the Linq.
In fact, the lady I talked on the phone with sounded like she was very annoyed by me even asking for such a thing.
Not much better attitude when I came down to check out.
I walked up to a lady at the front desk who did not feel like checking me out but simply sent me to the self check out machine.
I tried but the machine didn’t work. I flagged her down to help me just to realize that the machine really didn’t work.
Sent me over to the next one and guess what? I’d didn’t work either…
Then finally she was willing to check me out manually while looking really annoyed that she had to deal with this.
By this time there was a line behind me of other frustrated guests who also complained about the hassle I just went through.
So at the end I was denied a late checkout but I guess it was ok that I had to spend a lot of my time just to go through the process while dealing with people who seemingly misunderstood the point of hospitality…
I’m spending my money on hotel stays and the Linq is not one of those I’m willing to spend a penny on in the future.
Fooled me once…
The location of course is good and the room was otherwise ok

Perfect location to walk around the *****. Room condition was better than I expected. Should provide at least one ”FREE” bottle of water. Every consumable items were priced VERY HIGH. Very limited # of staffs at the front desk were available. Check in time took at least 20 minutes. Check out was okay.

I'm never really sure where to start with these reviews of rooms so here we go... I got checked in with no fuss and no issues, I arrived around 10-11pm and there was no lines to get checked it. Very quick and easy. I was staying here for 2 weeks. I was on the 9th floor, room 908 to be exact. The room was clean and had everything I needed (towels, loo paper, soap etc). You have to request housekeeping as and when you want it by either phoning down in the morning and asking for housekeeping or just popping to reception on your way out for the day and asking. Resort free at the time of my staying was $29.95+$3.89 so a total of $33.84 a day with $100 security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. While I could hear the music from outside for me it wasn't really an issue, didn't keep me up or anything. Out of the 3 bars in the hotel and ****** BarCanada was by far my favourite with friendly bar staff and great drinks! I'd happily stay here again for my next Vegas trip. P.S - Pro-tip for any fellow Brits going to stay here and are unsure of the power outlets, in my room they had the 3 prong socket on the table by the TV and right by the beds there's 2 USB sockets, very useful!

Apart from the fact that we have booked airport in the place of City Center, there is nothing exceptional to report. A proud price for the classic one-way cart breakfast, but there is nothing to make in itself. And you don't go to Vegas because of the hotel comfort

1. The price is cheap, only RMB800~900 during the CES exhibition, half price after that.
2. The hotel lobby is full of gambling machines and smoking is allowed. This makes non-smokers uncomfortable.
3. The parking lot is quite large.
4. Once you enter the corridor of the hotel, it may be because of the regular cleaning of the carpet, there is a smell. And after entering the room, you can also smell it.
5. Because I stayed in January, the real value of the two swimming pools is the small swimming pool with hot water in the SPA. Resort fee USD36/night, the average is RMB 680-700/night.
6. The free WiFi sucks, tourists have to turn on their phone hotspots for their laptops.
7. The shower room and toilet are very small, I thought I came to Japan for a business trip.
8. After staying for 5 nights, no one came to do the sanitation and cleaning, and it took me three calls to change the towels before someone delivered them.

As a regular Residence Inn patron, I have a pretty good idea of what to expect during my stay. This particular stay offered me only the bare necessities. The room only had 2 hangers, the “fully equipped kitchen” contained just enough cups, plates, bowls & silverware for one person to eat one meal. I stayed 4 nights, but was only offered housekeeping once! It was about 5pm, I had been out all day. I was unpleasantly surprised to return to a room still in need of service! After I ate dinner, I was in the restroom when a housekeeping associate knocked on my door, & let herself in! Upon arrival, I requested a 3 pm late checkout, and was told I would receive it. Ironically, at 12:01 pm, the day of my departure, a housekeeping associate was knocking on my door! She asked if I was checking out that day! I was highly upset! I informed her that I was scheduled for a late checkout. She said ok, & moved on to the next room. When I checked out, I told the associate in the lobby what had just happened, & I asked her if there was a record of my late checkout. She apologized & said she could not find it in the system. She said she would inform the manager of the issue. I have yet to hear anything from the manager & the usual email requesting my thoughts about my stay, as a Marriott Rewards member, never arrived.

GGuest UserMy stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.

GGuest UserThe hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel environment is okay, you have to pay extra resort fee when you check in, but trip.com didn’t state the resort fee. The hotel room is not bad, location is good, close by north outlet shopping center . We contributed over $4000 ro ****** in 6 days and a few women dealer was Rudely and so grouchy, we didn’t like it and will not come back to spend money for this hotel
the Hilton hotel has famous street food , we tried ramen noodle at PhO restaurant . It is so salty and thick noodle, very greasy. It is worst food l ever. Bad service either .
The food from Chinese restaurant (GenTing) are the best in Hilton .
Will come here for Chinese restaurant next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

AAmerican solo travelerThe good: fresh crisp bright white linens, the buffet, the customer service, pool, parking facility with active security presence
The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator section… 2 didn’t work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didn’t work,
Overall good stay. Would return

GGuest UserIt was nice in general, many options of food but a little expensive. Good for free car park though. Convenient store just right downstairs of my room, good can buy what I needed. My room can see Sphere that so nice free of charges to have 24/7 show. Room service a bit slow, it take an hour to get the breakfast, but the taste was good.

GGuest UserMy leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.
GGuest UserI will never stay at this hotel again! They charged me an extra $76.95, and I only understand that $40 of it was for valet parking. I didn't make any purchases in the room, so I have no idea where the remaining $36.95 came from. As a non-native speaker, I felt uncomfortable calling to dispute it, so I gave up. This hotel is now on my blacklist. For the best value in Las Vegas, Trump Hotel is clearly the way to go. The facilities are good, and at least they don't overcharge you.

GGaukhar RkhMy boyfriend and I flew to Vegas for my birthday, and spent a wonderful week at the Rio Hotel, the room was wonderful, I liked everything! View from the window (we were on the 8th floor), clean bathroom, housekeeping came daily at the same time
GGuest UserLike the hotel, it was huge. Don’t like the resort fee for $100.00 which includes absolutely nothing as far as the rides, shows, etc that the hotel has on its premises. Casino was decent sized. Be aware that it’s on the strip but not really within walking distance if all the other hotels on the strip
