Everything was ok but the down side was breakfast not same as last year. Many menu was taken out from the list. Now only limited choice of breakfast.
Additionally, there is no drinking water bottle provided in the room. It's been pleasure if there are provided.

As a married couple with one year old child, we have a tremendously great experience here! When we arrive, the staff help us to take our things to our room. The room also great except there's no white lamp, all is like a dim lamp which give us such a romantic vibes good for anniversary trip(but its hard for me to get ready when there's only a dim lamp at night) And also quite noise at night, bcs its so near to the main road. We went to cameron centrum at night and come back hotel when its raining, the staff wait for us with the umbrella to take us to hotel which is so warm. The food is so delicious, i love the croissant so much!! it make us remembered the taste, would come here again!! Also i impressed, netflix is accessable (others will need us to use our own acc but this hotel is ready). If we leave the review they will give us free cactus which is so cute đ Love so much !! This hotel deserve all 4.9 stars/5

Staycation: Rovers Inn Guest House Tanah Rata Cameron.
Room type: Quadraple room for 2 adult 2 kids. No breakfast ya... can go out for eat or can âtapawâ nearby and santai² makan outside lobby area. Can go down and make ur tea @ coffee for free of charges. Got quite hour 11pm-7am. However you can go anywhere you want. Given entrance door key in case you come back late night.

CCameo19Amazing breakfast options, including Indian and Chinese stations, in addition to the standard, I also ate dinner at the hotel during a rainy evening, it was delicious! Hotel is located uphill, for those who may have mobility issues, this would be challenging, however, itâs a 5 minute walk from the food stalls so not far. Walk another couple of minutes and youâre on the main high street. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Didnât use the pool due to the rain, however looked nice enough. The room was spacious however the bed and pillows were too soft for me, found it difficult to sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think housekeeping could do with slight improvement. Overall, it was a good hotel that I would recommend.

SShamitaJust got back from a quick break at Zenith Suites, booked the twin studio suite.
Still fairly new so facilities not fully open, nevertheless most of us are there to go out and see the sights and food around camerons.
The Twin Suite room has everything thats needed and the beds were very comfortable.
The balcony could use a chair n small table to enjoy a drink or snacks .
I chose Zenith suite as i did not want to be stuck in traffic for meals and its perfectly located in the heart of tanah rata.
Hope there is a cafe with outdoor area for guest or residence to hangout, enjoy the weather with good drinks and meals.
Do negotiate the usage of the swimming pool at the hotel as it would be important for guest with kids and a good experience at your place.

GGuest UserEverything is perfect except for the size of the room. Itâs too small for its price. I love the interior. It provides Netflix but sometimes internet connection was problematic too. Staff were great. Theyâre efficient and friendly. Delicious food for all breakfast lunch and dinner

Stay and rest.. nearest my meeting place at puncak Arabella.. this hotel complete with small mall... đ Great place..choose it..

AalecsonThe location is great as it is very close to the main road where you can get access to all the restaurant/stalls nearby. The interior is pretty good as well. Pillow and bed are comfy. A small fan on the wall for ventilation which is pretty enough for the cozy weather in cameron highland. Shared bathroom and toilet are well maintained. The common area at 3rd floor is pretty spacious and with sofa/beanbags to chill. A small room equipt will dumbells/yoga ball/mat/etc for some light workout. Volunteers are very friendly and you get to see lots of european tourist here. Ideal for solo traveller on budget.

AAnonymous UserLocation is nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. But away from noises. During our stay, there was a festival at a nearby church, so there was a little bit of noise but we were informed about it beforehand. Not much view for the garden room.
It is an old building, thus some parts of the fixtures are worn out mainly in the bathroom area. There was no smell, so plus point.
As for facilities, there are gym, mini indoor playground, garden, library, lounge, and restaurants. The library was only filled with Chinese books. The garden could be maintained better.
The check in and check out process were smooth. When we entered the room, we couldnât find how to turn on the fan. We called the reception and was told the switch is inside the cabinet (quite high up). Later on, we realised that the mattress and sheets were slippery (when you lie down, you will easily slip down). We informed the reception about it, but they said that that is how the bed is made (3 layers of thin sheets with a blanket) and unfortunately thereâs no thick duvet or comforter to cover the slippery mattress. Then we told the housekeeper about it, and he kindly told us that he will provide a mattress sheet. The housekeeper attended to us swiftly and helped to assemble the beddings for us. Very very helpful housekeeper.

LLouisFriendly staff and well located hotel. We took the double bedroom with shared bathroom. The he room was clean but the pillows were smelly and as itâs pretty high in the mountain, we got cold during the night even with the blanket. The showers/toilets are small and there are only 2 of them for around 6 double bedrooms. The toilets were dirty and one of the shower didnât have hot water (usually not a bug thing but again itâs cold in the mountain). It was ok but we had way better stays

GGuest UserWonderful hospitality. Met Mr. Bala. Kind compassionate elderly man. Treated us with special masala tea for my wife and I, and hot milo for my children - at no additional charge. Beautiful view and environment. Excellent food. We enjoyed breakfast, and the candle light dinner. We had to split a spaghetti meal for my two small kids. But the the âsplitâ meal came as if they were 2 individual meals - the portion was considerably large. Compassionate people. They are not particularly calculative about this. In fact they are very generous and accommodating. The place may seem eerie, the 2-storey chalet a little run down with little sound proofing - you can hear next door conversations. Besides that, this place is so quite, you will notice the buzz in your ears are so loud, it is surreal. Unlike smokehouse hotel and restaurant in tanah rata, Bala's is a wonderful and lasting memory.

AAnonymous UserMe and my family stayed here for 2 days and 1 night.Overall it was a fantastic experience and exellent serivce. The hotel is very enviroment friendly which is great for clearing your mind and to have a relaxing holiday.The room has a lot of windows that gives you natural lighting and chilled night too.Unfortunately, the toiley does not have bidet but it has a different toilet bowl for cleaning.Besides, there's also not much channel on the tv as well as old fridge, the freezer dosen't work.It was full of ice.Lastly, this hotel is quite strict since you have to book the room according the number of your family members.Example, you have to book a family sized room for family of 4.Will come again for sure because its a very lovely and nice hotel!
