Enjoy with my family during Hari Raya. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel had decorated the lobby and common areas with beautiful Hari Raya-themed decorations, which created a warm and festive atmosphere. The dining experience was exceptional, with a special Hari Raya buffet offering a range of delicious traditional dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Zenith Suite, and I must say, it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a level of sophistication and elegance that set the tone for my entire stay. The suite itself is a masterpiece of modern design, seamlessly blending luxury and comfort. The spacious layout, high-end furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony with a small seating area, perfect for enjoying a coffee. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Since we visited during ramadan, they provided us with suhoor early in the morning instead of breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location is ideal, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The weather was pleasant, and we didn’t require the AC since it was breezy and cold. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is our 2nd stay at de la fern. Last stay was in 2019. We stayed in a triplicate room. The room was clean. Suitable for us, 2 adults with 3 kids. The breakfast choice was good. The hotel location is also good. In the middle between Tanah rata and Brinchang. Pleasant stay.

for one night stay at this hotel, i can say that the hotel staff are very kind and helpful.. The environment was calm and they provided a lot of parking space. The room was spacious for a twin bed plus a balcony inside..no aircond but it has a ceiling fan, no worries because it is a super cold day and night..they also provide basic toiletries, towel, iron n board, hair dryer and fridge. Cleanliness was okay and maybe better needs to be improved. Breakfast also okay.. thank you.

A beautiful view of the stars and moon, but parking is limited, so it’s best to return early to secure a spot. There’s a night market nearby, which causes some traffic congestion before turning onto the main road to the hotel. Additionally, there are many street dogs in the area, so if you plan to walk around, it might be better to park at the night market and walk from there. They also offer motorcycle rentals for a minimum of 3 hours at RM 10 per hour, which is a convenient option to consider. Breakfast is simple and nice, including coffee and tea bags, which you’ll need to prepare in your room using the cup and hot water. After your main course, you’ll be served orange juice and fruit, which is placed on a small table in front of your room. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely return. One small suggestion for the hotel management is to improve the water pressure, as it wasn’t strong enough, making showering a bit less enjoyable and requiring more time. Thanks.

We had the best and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The whole exterior and style of the hotel is very estatic, rustic, 80’s cosy christmassy style. Very suitable for couples and family. The room we book (deluxe) was so spacious, me and my husband was even able to do a light jog (to warm up our body because it was so cold!) in the room. The toilet was beautiful with the bathtub. The highlight of the room i think is the very large spacious balcony. I would come here again, definitely!

Overall, quite good for business or leisure trip. Looking forward to come again. 3rd time being here, and has tested variety of room types.

A nice place to come, chill, have a drink or a meal. Take some nice photos. But don't stay here. We made that mistake by seeing the nice garden etc. The rooms are totally runned down. TV is from the year 2000, only showing 2 channels - cartoon and sports. Hot water doesn't work, hot shower is must in Cameron. To make things 4 worse, some plugs in the room doesn't work. So it's harder for you to charge your phones. Our 1st and last time here for sure

In overall it's just okay, the area is in a villa's complex so not really get the feelings of being in nature. But if you compare the budget for buying/renting the caravan, renting camping site and all amenities it consider to be fair. But in overall it worth a try for people who never experience real camping at least to have a little bit of the hassle of real camping.
