Outstanding
I spent five nights in the Silver Linden studio apartment and loved it. The Central Parc and the apartment surpassed my expectations - and I am quite particular about accommodations. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and was decorated with thoughtfulness and style. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home - there was even a salad spinner and bottled water. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The apartment has very large windows that overlook a beautiful and tranquil park. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was very appreciated during a July heatwave. The Central Parc is in a lovely historic mansion and employs very helpful staff members to assist guests with check in, check out, etc., during the day. The Central Parc is an easy 10 minute walk to Tours' charming historic center. There is also plentiful street parking, making it a very convenient home base for touring the Loire Valley. I'm looking forward to making a return visit!

RRachelThe location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserIn the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The hotel has a bell and a bell pool of water, and it is too hot, but the boys have enjoyed a half hour. Inflexible on check-in saying the room would be ready at 17:00, after a variety of hurry and laughs to take you around by them, carefully not to get the chief in the next office, They continued to postpone the allocation of the room .. and finally hand keys at 17.30. Check out is at morning .... Furthermore, I didn't understand the room number of the apartments, instead of helping me by writing them or by saying a number at once, she was shocked to continue to repeat the numbers in full in French. In addition to the fact that when I spoke to her in English to complain about the late room, they did not understand and started to answer me in this language.I'm sorry, but as a client I didn't like it at all, total lack of friendliness and professionalism.

Pros: location is close to the train station. Beds are comfortable. We didn’t eat here but there is a restaurant on site. Nice pool and steam room, but the jacuzzi is a cold bath. Cons: The concierge lost my spa reservation 2 hours after I made it and was unapologetic. Overall, they were brief and non-hospitable, which was quite a negative difference from the other places we have stayed in France. The facilities are very old. The hair dryer was poor and the coffee maker did not work well. There was no air conditioning in the fitness center and it was uncomfortably hot.

DDAThe hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Tour Train Station. When I made a reservation, I thought it was a hotel similar to IBIS. After entering the room, I found a surprise. The room was warmly decorated. Although the decorations were not high-end, they were carefully designed to make people feel comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for Tours and is worth recommending.

It only takes 3 minutes to catch the train and it is very convenient to go to the castle and the city center. There is a mini kitchen in the apartment-style, where you can make your own tea, buy alcohol and make some convenient fast food. I booked the cheapest room type because I was traveling alone, but the room for me was facing the church bell tower, and the bed was super large and comfortable. It may not be as big as a big hotel room, but a typical French residence is like this. The sanitation is very good, but the catch is that there is no daily room cleaning.
