I booked a king-size bed, and the hotel immediately contacted me and asked if I had any requirements for the room and if there were any elderly or children traveling with me. The room was decorated according to our requirements. The room was very spacious, with a wetland park outside the window, and a very good environment. The breakfast was also very good, the sesame cakes and buckwheat sesame cakes were both delicious. Lisa was kind and nice, and helped us book a ride, and the service was very thoughtful

The hotel is very new. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Zoya Zhang, Tina Qian, and Hailey Xing were absolutely amazing with the checkout experience and in general during my whole stay custom service was absolutely phenomenal! I would definitely come back to stay again!

第一次來，因為看到比較新，所以覺得應該比較乾淨。入住後發現總體大致還是可以的，有些角落裡確實會有蚊蟲之類的。床上用品比較乾淨整潔，洗漱用品可以湊合用一下，有洗澡用的塑料拖鞋。
電視沒使用，但是睡到半夜突然電視被打開有點被嚇到了，我在想莫不是隔壁的人在開電視，遙控器都一樣，把我的也打開了？但是這是凌晨啊！照明直接選的睡眠模式，它衹有幾個選擇，有點智能也有點不自由。
總的還可以吧，價格不貴，體驗尚可，要求不高可以選擇。

GGuest UserI booked the room a few minutes in advance. The front desk had already made the reservation. I had a large suitcase and the two pieces of fruit were not easy to carry. The security guard was also arranged to help me take me upstairs. The overall service was very thoughtful. The breakfast restaurant has a unique style and a wide variety of meals. I will choose it next time!

I knew that I was going to high school to study and communicate. I booked the pick-up service in the store and sent a souvenir. It was very practical and intimate. The room was clean and tidy, the table could be heated, the clothes were put on, the body was very warm, the breakfast was very good, there were many types, the hand-packed big kang liked it, a great hotel.

The hardware design still has a lot of room for improvement compared to the standards of an international four-star hotel. There is no rack for luggage in the room. If you don't want to squat underground to sort your luggage, you have to sacrifice the desktop, the room and the bathroom to even have a hanger or place for hanging clothes. There is no place, the smart light does not have a master switch, and after walking around the room for several times, it still cannot be set properly. For a business traveler who has been running around for a day, I feel a bit tired.

GGumumuSaijia can be regarded as a relatively affordable hotel in Rugao, with good facilities. When I arrive in Rugao at night, if I want to spend the night alone, I order a special room. But this time, the special room was not cleaned well, and the inside smelled a bit strong. After opening the door for a long time to ventilate, I turned on the air conditioner and found that there were many big flies entrenched in the air outlet. In the end, I couldn't bear it anymore, so I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk was not willing to change the room at first, but in the end they gave me another room, which was pretty good. I hope the merchants can pay more attention to environmental sanitation. The rooms that are not very open should also be cleaned and dusted, and insects should be removed.
