The receptionist was very enthusiastic. Xiao Xing took the initiative to help us arrange the room. There were also welcome fruits and fruit yogurt in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was reasonable, and the toiletries were complete. The environment was beautiful. The breakfast was very rich. Especially the buffet on Saturday night, there were so many varieties that I was full, hahahaha

The hotel is very new. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Zoya Zhang, Tina Qian, and Hailey Xing were absolutely amazing with the checkout experience and in general during my whole stay custom service was absolutely phenomenal! I would definitely come back to stay again!

GGuest UserMy classmate went to Rugao and found many hotels on Ctrip. Finally, he found Chenrui Howard Johnson Hotel. All the reviews were good. The hotel facilities were very new. At this price, it also had a smart toilet. The beautiful ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. There were many breakfast varieties. The cleaning lady saw us eating in the lobby and dropped melon seed shells on the ground. When we cleaned it up, the cleaning lady came up and stopped us from cleaning and pushed us away. We posted it on WeChat Moments and said that we must go to Chenrui Howard Johnson Hotel to experience it next time we come to Nantong.

The next day I got up late and missed the hotel breakfast time, so I contacted the staff to ask about the situation. Unexpectedly, the staff gave me their breakfast directly. I am particularly touched. Although the hotel may not lack praise, this warmth must be shared. Friends who come to Rugao for business strongly recommend this hotel. The surrounding area is very close to Shijinli Commercial Street. Parking is also convenient. You can park your car at the hotel and walk for drinks.

The hardware design still has a lot of room for improvement compared to the standards of an international four-star hotel. There is no rack for luggage in the room. If you don't want to squat underground to sort your luggage, you have to sacrifice the desktop, the room and the bathroom to even have a hanger or place for hanging clothes. There is no place, the smart light does not have a master switch, and after walking around the room for several times, it still cannot be set properly. For a business traveler who has been running around for a day, I feel a bit tired.
