The hotel is new and luxuriously decorated. There's even a coffee shop downstairs, making it perfect for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and equipped with smart home technology. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This was a repeat stay for me, and it's truly an ideal hotel for business travelers. The location is super convenient, close to my work appointments, and parking is a breeze. The room was quiet and peaceful, perfect for both working and resting without any disturbances, and the internet speed was incredibly fast. The service was efficient and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth and seamless. Overall, the experience was excellent!

The service of the lady at the front desk is very good, and the facilities and equipment are very new. The location is also great. I will stay here again next time. They also made us two cups of coffee when we left, which tasted very good.

I booked this room at the last minute, and it was the only suite available. The room layout was clean and the size was decent. The front desk staff and management were very welcoming and helpful – a plus. The room windows were old-fashioned sliding windows, with very poor sound insulation, even though it wasn't facing the street. The room cleanliness was appalling; I was extremely dissatisfied. There was hair on the sheets, dust on the coffee table and headboard, and obvious trash on the floor, including the condition of the floorboards. It's hard to understand what Huazhu's standards are. This shouldn't be the case in Rugao! Finally, I must commend them for their excellent handling of lost and found items.

Good location, friendly staff. Hotel is situated in the same building as a mall with supermarket, and a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The room is very spacious, with all kinds of facilities, very good hygiene, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and the breakfast is of high quality. I will check in again next time if I have the chance.

The room was generally bright and clean, but the bed was moved a bit when I entered the room. There were toothpicks, small sequins and other rubbish under the bed. I immediately called the front desk and a person like a supervisor came up to take a look. As soon as I entered the room, he asked me this Where did the garbage come from? I was confused when she asked me. I said this is what I should ask you, right? She said she didn't mean it. Then an older lady came in to do the cleaning. I said you guys don’t clean the floor. She said they didn’t sweep the floor under the bed every day in their room. She was very reasonable and she said it. I was so angry that she laughed. Anyway, I just kept that. Sister La cleaned up and didn’t say anything. Oh, she gave me two bottles of water. The water was free, so why did she express her apology?

The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation, there are supermarkets and shopping malls next to it, and shopping is also convenient. I will stay here next time. The service is very enthusiastic ❤️

The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. It's very close to Shenjia Furniture Restaurant and Sihailou Restaurant, only about a 10-minute walk. There's a plaza next door, though. The older women there were quite friendly.
