The excellent environment which is integrated with Zen style and matches with natural surrounding perfectly, the scale of the hotel is just moderate, it fits you so well and won’t make you fell fatigue when you tried to walk for a detailed interior sight-seeing around the hotel, also there will be fantastic pictures when you try to make photos for a memory.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗
Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy... As for the facilities in the room, the facilities in the room are also clean, and the school supplies are also thoughtfully prepared for the children.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. There is a mangrove park next to the hotel, with a group of beautiful flamingos and a long wooden plank road where you can walk and exercise. The air is fresh and good for your health. When I checked in, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room to a garden view room. You can see the park from the balcony and have a wide view. Thank you very much!

This is a very tasteful hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the hygiene is first-class, the public environment is very good, and there is a laundry room with very good dryers to dry guests' clothes quickly. Both the lobby staff and the room attendants are excellent.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up.
The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour.
The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best.
Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

Yishang Hotel is located in the old town of Chengmai. The location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel is very new and has good facilities. Almost the entire room can be remotely controlled by voice (shout ”Xiaodu Xiaodu”). The service attitude of the front desk clerk is very good, he answers all questions and is warm and kind. After staying for three days, the only flaw was the TV. It is claimed to be smart, but ”Aurora TV” cannot be opened, and ”Mobile Screen Mirroring” has not yet been enabled. Only IPTV can be used. As a claimed smart hotel and smart guest room, even Youku, iQiyi, Tencent, and Mango TV are not available (at least There should be 1-2 to watch), even if you want to use your mobile phone to cast the screen, it is a bit lacking, I hope it can be improved.

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.
