Very Good hotel very near to 1st District of futian market. Clean rooms with modern amenities. U r provided with a fruit box upon check in, breakfast is lavish and at 5 pm u get light snack of steamed seeet potato fruits and tea (complimentary) huge variety of Indian food as the chef is from vatan Restaurant next door. The toilet is remote operated with remote cleaning 😀😀

The service is great! They speak English and are very polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good too, lots of options, but mainly Chinese food. The location is not city center, but it’s 10 kuai from the city center and very close to tons of restaurants. The only bad side was that we found last guests hair on our bed and we know it because they were grey hair. The room was clean so this was a bad surprise. The blackout curtains were amazing and didn’t allow any hint of light get inside the room.

The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. The hotel itself was perfect, location, service and cleanliness. We faced an issue with the air conditioning system the first two nights. That made our sleeping experience really bad and difficult. To be fair the whole hotel had the same problem. They tried their best to fix the issue. But they couldn’t. Regarding this matter, i will definitely stay there again.

This is the second time I am staying at the hotel and it’s absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and light beverages and and drinks are on every hallway. It gives a feeling of home and comfort. My sons loved and it even suggested we came here the second time. Thank you for the little gifts when checking out. I will visit it.
