The hotel room is large and spacious with a lot of food choice around

The staff were very polite and explained the room and meals to us. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was wonderful. I would like to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but we can ask the front desk to arrange a car to take us to the hotel down the mountain. There is a bus station there. Breakfast and dinner are exquisite and delicious. Special thanks to the staff Mr. Liu. Fortunately, with his help, we can better Communication 🙏

The bath felt good. It was the best. The ocean view from the open-air bath was also very beautiful, and although I couldn't see it at night, it was amazing when I went in the morning.

The environment is good and the soundproofing of the room is good. Even a light sleeper like me can sleep comfortably. The service attitude is as good as ever. If you have any questions, call the front desk. They will solve your problem quickly and work efficiently. Very satisfied! ! ! ! The location is relatively remote. When we got to the JR station, there was no free shuttle bus. We had to take a taxi. It was a bit disappointing that there was no station shuttle. Dinner is by reservation only. We didn't have a reservation for a hotel room or two meals. When we were hesitant about having dinner, the front desk staff was very proactive in providing dinner options. Finally, they took us to a Japanese and European restaurant in a big hotel on the beach, and even picked us up back to the hotel. Very thoughtful. The room size is okay. The hot spring on the balcony is very comfortable. It's not too refreshing to soak in while watching the sunset~ The breakfast is exquisite, and the must-have pickled plums, a specialty of Kishu, are delicious! I met a Chinese employee and chatted for a few words. It’s not easy to make a living alone outside.

剛剛入住了這個酒店，從環境到服務真是非常滿意。因為是從大阪市區坐晚班JR趕來，雖然已經提前郵件告知酒店，但到達時還是比預計晚了很久，已經過了正常check in時間，但酒店還是幫忙留了房間。特別感謝的是前台的劉先生和一位有可愛劉海的日本姐姐，很晚了也在非常耐心的解答問題、預約餐廳和接駁車，讓我們第二天的行程也順利成行。我們的房間是日式和式屋，寬敞又乾淨，被子軟和，陽台有温泉和漂亮海景。請一定要試試清晨泡湯，超級解乏！

環境清幽，店員服務貼心，下次再來都會選擇這一間！ 今次選擇早餐，早餐再額外房間享用 ，有驚喜，非常滿意！晚餐選擇在外出，因為自行駕駛，所以出外食飯都方便車程大約10至15分鐘左右

９月３連休に１泊しました。勝浦方面からの電車が少なく、チェックインの時間に間に合わない旨連絡し、夕食も一番遅いスタートにしてくださいました。食事は個室で、どれも美味しく、追加でクエの薄造りを頼んだり、お酒もたっぷり楽しみ、とてもゆっくりできました。朝ごはんも同じ個室でした。お部屋の広さは十分で、露天風呂がついていたので夜も朝もチェックアウト前も本当にゆっくり、景色もとてもよく、露天風呂付きのお部屋ってよいなぁとあらためて思いました。帰りは最寄りのバス停や系列のホテルの場所(海岸そば)まで送迎もあり、そのあとの観光もスムーズでした。
