I recently stayed at Hotel Kapil, booked through MakeMyTrip, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff at Hotel Kapil were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was a special request or just daily housekeeping, their promptness and efficiency made a huge difference. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness and hygiene standards. The rooms were spotless, and all public areas were well-maintained, which made me feel safe and relaxed, especially in today's times where hygiene is so important. The bathrooms were pristine, and fresh towels and toiletries were provided regularly. The room was cozy, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep throughout my stay. The view from my room was fantastic, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Situated conveniently, Hotel Kapil is close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. Hotel was really close to mall road. Staffs were polite, the owners are young and trying really hard to fill the shoes. Things to improve - defiantly cleanliness and room service. If you are looking for a place to dump the luggage and visit the mall road on a budget then this is the place.

Spent three nights. Check in was quick. No dedicated parking place available. Parked on the road. Room service was nice. So was housekeeping. However, it took 24 hours to get a replacement toilet roll. The staff was polite and competent. Food was good taste and adequate quantity. The room fittings were under renovation it seems. The geyser was temperamental. In all adequate service. Could have been better.
