島原の中でも最上級のひと時を過ごせるホテル。部屋の広さは申し分なく、ホテル全体が清潔に保たれていて快適だ。特に本館は有明海に面しているため素晴らしい朝焼けのオーシャンビューを堪能することが出来る。西には大きな災害をもたらした雲仙普賢岳があるものの、火山の恩恵の一つである温泉も楽しむことが出来る。島原港へのアクセスもよく、フェリーで大牟田や熊本へ足を運ぶことも出来る。 しかし、ホテル周辺はレストランがほとんどなく（あってもホテルから離れているところが多い）、ホテルにレストランが併設されているが連日のように混雑している。食事処に苦労するだろう。ポータブルWi-Fiを所持している場合、館内では非常に繋がりにくいか全く繋がらない（外に出れば繋がる）。ホテルにも無料で利用できるWi-Fiサービスがあるが宿泊者共用であるため、ネット環境に四苦八苦するかもしれない。特に食事は重要であるため、事前に空き時間等を確認しておくとよい。またホテルの収容人数に比例して温泉もそれほど広くない。特に温泉のサービスが終了する22時～23時は混雑するので、その時間の利用は避けることをお勧めする。 It is one of the best hotels in Shimabara. You can enjoy various types of Onsen. However, there are few restaurants around the hotel. Even if they are, they are far from the hotel or in places that are difficult for first-time visitors. Under such circumstances, the restaurant attached to the hotel is always crowded. If you use the restaurant, you should check the available times without waiting. If you have a portable Wi-Fi router, you will have to worry that it is hard to use or not available at all in the building. Although there is free Wi-Fi service at this hotel, it cannot be guaranteed the speed and security of communication because it is shared by guests. Onsen is not so large compared to the number of people who can stay. In particular, it will be very crowded from 22:00 to 23:00 just before Onsen service ends. If you use it, you should avoid that time.

Very traditional Japanese-style hotel, the room was very clean, a family of four slept just right. Outside the window is the original port of the island, the scenery is very good. Breakfast is very homely, taste soup and egg rolls are super! Five minutes walk there is a sushi, the owner died after the old mother alone, selling some island original traditional plain noodles, six soldiers (shanta noodles), udon and the like, cold plain noodles are very high, highly recommended.

A business hotel located diagonally in front of Shimabara City Hall, a 2-3 minute walk from Shimabara Station. Parking is available around the hotel. Breakfast consisted of bento boxes, instant miso soup, and furikake. The room was relatively clean and not very large, so it was a so-called business hotel. I didn't enter the public bath, which is a men's and women's time system. The service at the front desk was normal and the amenities were normal. The location is good, but is it like a business hotel with no features? There was a station hotel within a few minutes walk.

But what a beautiful surprise!!! We had some doubt about the parking, but once we arrived we quietly parked from the 1-7 parking places next to the hotel. Well in line with the mega rooms of the American motel.Decoration a little old style, but everything very clean and very friendly and available staff. Well located inside the city, and near a supermarket very provided for take away. Excellent price quality ratio. Super super recommended!!
