this is the first time I went to Qianhai. The purpose of this trip is to celebrate Christmas with family. The location of the hotel is good for family and accessible to the shopping malls. The hotel staff (Eva Wang) isfriendly, helpful and provides a lot of travel information about Qianhai and Shenzhen. Highly recommended and will definitely come back next time.

a very big truly starred hotel. spacious twin beds room. clean. modern and stylish. quality soft bedding, pillows, towers and wardrobe, towers (it is good value for money only because of it's location in the old residential surroundings but it close to the big commercial areas.

The hotel is a short walk from Daxin metro station and you will pass two mcdonalds on the way. Otherwise, using a taxi will make for a smoother arrival. On Entry there are several staff helping you with check in and other issues. Even though language may be a barrier the staff will use translation software to answer any questions of will find somebody who can communicate with you. The hotel is under refurbishment therefore public areas are not all open just yet. The decoration of the hotel has been nicely considered and thoughtfully modeled. Getting to the room is easy enough and there are many rooms in this hotel. The hotel room was a good size, very clean and with no bad odour as I had experienced in a nearby 7 day hotel. The room has a modern look with a comfortable bed and shower. I only stayed for one night but I left happily. Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel and would stay there again.

The price/performance ratio is quite good. The room is spacious. I booked a single room, but I didn't feel depressed. There are panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which makes the stay quite comfortable. There is a washer-dryer in the room, which is very friendly for those who need to do laundry, and there is no need to worry about it not being dry the next day. The surrounding facilities are also quite complete. There is a shopping mall directly below the apartment and it is very conveniently connected to the subway.

The room is very clean and soundproof. It is still a smart toilet. Tea and disposable toiletries are also provided in the living room. The stay is very comfortable, and the hostess is also very enthusiastic. Recommended for staying.
