3-Star Hotels in Shenzhen

The bathroom floor is old and looks like a bit not very clean. The location of hotel is good cuz near the hotel got many restaurants somehow got one open for 24 hours. However, due to the hotel is not a whole building hotel, and got other floors with several use so it always got people standing outside the hotel because there is a mahjong place inside the building also. Kinda feeling weird and also the access card cant use for the lift and also room the second day. Oh but the frontdesk is helpful and friendly. She fixed the card in a min after i approched and when we check out she also asked if we need water to drink on the way to airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was neat and clean, offering a beautiful sea view that made my mornings truly refreshing. The location is excellent, situated right in front of a pristine beach. The beach itself is well-maintained and offers a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and I was particularly impressed by Mr. Zhang's politeness and exceptional hospitality. His professionalism added a personal touch to my stay, making it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a serene getaway with great service and stunning views.

A very new and modern hotel with many amenities. Breakfast was also great with many fresh choices including a noodles bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the Shenzhen train station with many shops to eat and buy other things. I will give it a 5 stars.

A newly opened hotel with new hardware and a good location. Fuxing subway station is right at the door, and it is very convenient to go to the port and Futian CBD. But the service is really not good, there is no smiling face at the front desk The room card cannot be swiped every day. Every day when I go back and go upstairs, I can't swipe it, and I have to go to the front desk to swipe the room card to see the ugly face~

The hotel has a very convenient location on several metro lines so it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city. Since it’s a central location, the area can be a bit loud sometimes. There are many restaurants of different types in the area, HQ mart - a massive electronics shopping mall and other shopping malls. There is no storage area in the room which was a bit annoying for me since I stayed for a little over a week and didn’t really have anywhere to put my things. You’re kind of forced to leave things on the floor so it’s difficult to keep the room clean. Otherwise, it’s very comfortable and clean. I slept very well there. Towels are change every day and for once, the shower floor is separated from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is not all wet - relatively uncommon in China. Breakfast is very cheap so for its price, it’s very good. One of my favourite things is that there is a beautiful rooftop on the roof. There are a bunch of plants there which makes for a very nice ambience. This is also where you can do your laundry and leave your clothes to dry in the sun. It’s a very nice place to hang out or work - even though unfortunately there is no WiFi there. The staff at the reception is available 24/7 and very nice and helpful, even though most of them don’t speak English so make sure to have a translator app ready if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, my stay was very nice and convenient!

Staff are very friendly, best location, cheap price. Easy to find and liked high floor. Quiet place. Very clean

Everything is ok, they even upgraded our room for free. There are only two problems: no fridge in the room and the sound isolation is not very good. Anyway, the price-quality ratio is perfect, that's why I recommend this hotel for sure.

Nice and clean. Very very close to metro, just 30 meters walk from the station. Fair price with laundry room and function room. The welcome drink is a craft coffee prepared by the coffee shop, it tastes good.

The hotel is conveniently located The room is very tidy and the space is great There is a two-in-one washer and dryer and an electric upgraded clothes hanger. The soundproofing of the room was very good. I slept well all night and didn't hear any sounds from other rooms. Will come again next time👍🏻
