Super convenient location. no matter travelling is for business or personal. This convenience includes traffic and eating. This caused my time and money efficiency. The facilities are better than what I expected. The breakfast is really enjoyable. The staff is friendly. But the room still got a little smoky smells. This should be improved.

The hotel room was super clean and the room was spacious and big. Just 10 minutes away from the hotel, it cost us around 20 yuan to get there at 2am in the morning with a Didi. The working staff was nice and helpful. We had a problem with our SIM card and they were more than open to help us with it. If I come back to Shenzhen, I will totally repeat in this hotel.

The service attitude of the beautiful lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good, but unfortunately the road is currently under construction, so the transportation is a little inconvenient. In addition, there is a serious shortage of parking spaces, so it is not so friendly to drive there; the layout of the room is relatively popular, and the bedding looks quite clean, but when I went to bed at night, I found that the room had basically no sound insulation, and the voices of people passing by in the corridor, and the sounds of neighbors opening and closing doors and talking could all penetrate. Friends who have poor sleep should be careful when booking!

The room was actually quite ok, HOWEVER, the entire room was filled with cigarette smell from guests smoking in other rooms coming in from the air condition, which triggered some health issues for my child. The smell was so bad we were unable to sleep the whole night. We had to get out once we were able to in the morning.
