the service was so poor it ruined the experience of what would have otherwise been a nice family outing. Several off the staff were shockingly rude to both me and my wife on several occasions. They promise a kayak rental on the beach included with the booking but make redeeming it more difficult than it’s worth. Thru don’t provide beach towels and when we even asked for clean bath towels (since we took our room towels to the private beach) they refused and we had to ask 4 separate times. The view is great and the room was nice but the people who work at this place don’t care at all about the guest experience and it shows.

Fantastic place and hotel! It was wonderful time for our family. The personal of the hotel are very pleasant and an attentive people. Its unbelievable beautiful nature and view in the room with balcony. Many thanks to the chef and the kitchen staff who worked hard for the demanding Russian tourists!!!

We had such a lovely time at the hotel. The rooms were clean. The common areas very beautiful. And the view of the sunset is stunning!
The breakfast is made by demand, not a buffet, we asked them to make some western breakfast for us and they were very sweet and made their best, I’ll add some photos. All the staff was always very helpful and friendly and we also had dinner at the hotel. They food is tasty like homemade food. We’re very happy with our stay.

The Hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was clean and neat. We had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked a bigger room to allow grandparents to stay with us and the kids! Is was a bit rainy and cold, but the room was big enough to have a full day in! We loved staying here and spending time with the family in a private beautiful part of China! Definitely will go again when it's warmer!

I came here for a break from the city, to have some peace and quiet. It was the perfect break and the scenery is absolutely stunning, even without the sun! My room looked out onto the sea and it was a pleasure to wake up to the sound of the waves. Staff were lovely and gave me fruit and tea when I was working in the lobby after checkout. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely return next time I need a relaxing break :)

It s a bit far away yet the ambience is great! However it does not have a fridge, which is a bit odd!
